Es war dreckig und es gab ab 22 Uhr nix mehr zu trinken und um 18 Uhr mussten die Kinder aus dem kinder Pool raus das essen war überhaupt nicht gut die zimmer waren auch viel zu klein und die Mini Bar würde dross all-in nicht befüllt und es würde einem der Teller weg genommen obwohl man noch am essen war nie wieder in diesem furchtbar hotel es hat noch nicht mal einen Stern verdient .Bitte überlegt es euch gut ob ihr viel Geld für einen horror Urlaub ausgeben möchtet

Ich war für 11 Tage mit meiner Familie dort. Und ich kann nur Gutes behaupten wunderschönes gepflegtes Hotel mit super lieben Mitarbeiter, egal was für Sprache sie sprachen alle sehr freundlich und immer ein offenes Ohr für Ihre Gäste gehabt. Der Animateur Yilmaz ist sehr lustig, er hat es geschafft, uns zu unterhalten, Wir hatten viel Spaß mit unseren Kindern, die sehr lustig und voller Energie sind einfach das beste hotel bisher wo wir jemals waren ♥️ und nächstes Jahr geht's wieder dahin können es kaum abwarten. Auch das Restaurant den Service die Mitarbeiter des Restaurants, alles super lecker zubereitet frisch und Leckeres Essen. Sehr sauber selbst die Zimmern wurden regelmäßig gereinigt sauber gemacht und das sehr Schön sogar ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen blue fish bestes hotel Ever

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Schöne Lage direkt am Meer. Gute abwechslungsreiche Animationen. Man kann viel unternehmen und mit dem Bus ist alles erreichbar. Die freundlich der Mitarbeiter ist besonders lobenswert.

This is a small simple hotel with good location and lovely family atmosphere. It's not a palace of marble with shining tablecloths and thousand different meals a day, but it's a place where you feel everyone cares about you and is ready to help you at any time. The beach is wonderful, much better than most beaches in Alanya, if you want to go sightseeing, shopping or booking a cruise on a pirate ship, local bus will take you to Konakli or Alanya in 20 minutes for 1$. If you just want to have a rest and stay in the hotel, you will probably meet many interesting people, be amazed by the wonderful evening programme, or pleasantly relaxed by a professional massage (greetings to Sara 😘). Don't expect more than what you've paid for, be respectful and you'll get much for free.

Booked only 5 days before & wanted a budget all inclusive ( £640 inc luggage,transfers,seat allocation & of course SOLO travel costs & wall to wall sunshine) room with balcony & sea view & although dated it was nice & clean & cleaned every day 😃😃 Food & drinks very limited in choose but plenty of it & available all day 😃😃 All in all a nice solo break away 😀 😉

Bad points staff didn't understand English on reception very difficult to communicate problems and their was many Food is based on Russian and Polish guests every English guest couldn't eat the breakfast or evening meal buffet while we where there Entertainment very poor to non existent played terrible loud repetitive Russian techno music all day Photos on hotel website very old hotel very dated Tables by bar always sticky never cleaned properly Restaurant table cloths filthy just turned over Good points Our room was clean if dated Pool was excellent Lunch food kept you going chips and flat bread at pool terrace but we were desperate Hotel set up for Russian guests I would personally never return Hope this helps I've tried to be generous but it was very very hard

Avoid this place at all costs. First day there I had to complain as the sun beds under the tree were covered in bird muck (hadn't been cleaned for ages). Apart from one night where they did chicken kebab, which were good, the evening meals are of little choice and very bland. The food is catered for Germans, Eastern Europe as it's lots of processed meat and cheese for breakfast and the same for lunch. The all inclusive for drinks is simply wine, 3 spirits and beer mainly served in warm glasses,

4 yıldızlı bir otelden beklentiyi karşılar. Temizlik idare eder, yemekler ortalama ve altı diyebiliriz. Tavuk hindi genel olarak ana yemek, pilav makarna fix. Meyve ve tatlı çeşitleri az, ama yetmez değil. Hotelim een güzel yanı alkollü ve alkolsüz içeçeklerinin orijinal olması. Sprite, coca cola, efes fıçı kullanıyorlar ve sizin gözünüzün önünde açıyorlar içeçek şişesini. Bu harikaydı. Beklentinizi çok yüksek tutarsanız mutlu olmazsınız. Hotelde 2 adet havuz olması cok iyi, kaydiraklari yeterli. Zaten hotel genel olarak çok kalabalık değil, tam bir sakin aile oteli. Biz bu beklentilerle gitmiştik zaten, dolayisiyla memnun ayrılıyoruz. Teşekkür ederiz, kısa ama tatmin edici bir tatildi...

Terrible.paid thinking all inclusive meant the bar aswell but no all that was free was soft drinks. Vodka. Gin and tonic and beer(one kind) anything else I.e you had to pay. Very very little entertainment. After coming back my partner went to the doctors and was told she had been bitter over 150 times by bed bugs. Avoid this hotel like the plague
