Good clean place a lot of business close by

When we got there we were given a room that had not been cleaned up!! The second time the key wasn’t working so went to go get another key when attempted to use the key it didn’t work when I tried to open the door a gentleman opened the door and we apologized and went back to the front desk and told her their was someone in there!!! She finally gave us a key to a room on the second floor!!
