We love the spectacular view looking out from our window over at Dean's Village. I feel really grateful to come back to the hotel knowing that there's a hot drink machine at the lobby (the temperature was -2 Degree Celcius) waiting for us. The one thing that totally put us off is the faulty service lift. We stayed on the third floor and we had to carry our luggage all the way up after a long travel from London. The hotel has only one staff at the reception and he told us that other staff had called in sick and there was no one that could help with the luggage. The breakfast was so-so too. The heater was working fine but if we turned it up a little, we could hear noises coming out from the heater. Overall, an average stay.

Highly recommend. Friendly stuff. Amazing breakfast. Definitely worth it.

Clean and warm. The staff was attwntive and friendly. Breakfast is homemade from a menu each morning and quite good. They have a cozy bar attached to the lobby for guests and a traditional style library thats open 24 hours for guests. Wifi worked well too. Definitely recommending again and will be referring my brother to stay here.

酒店位於West End地區，是領館區。這一帶有多家不錯的酒店，建築外觀都非常類似，而B&B是其中一家非常温馨的酒店。接待人員非常熱情周到。房間不大不小，有漂亮的格子窗。酒店裡有一個小小的圖書館（圖二、三），裝飾典雅，安靜舒適。500米內有多家餐廳可以選擇。酒店的早餐區域不大，但很温馨。B&B離甘草市場火車站（圖一）不遠，附近也有公交和長途公交站，交通方便。適合親子、差旅，尤其是觀光的客人。推薦！

Such a magical place to stay! the view from the room was amazing. Reception lady was so kind and friendly. Perfect hotel to feel the Edinburgh! Would like to stay again. 古き良き時代を感じられるホテル。素敵な眺めと静かな環境がとてもリラックスできておすすめです。

Charmigt hotell, härlig frukost.

Stunning building and we had a lovely room overlooking the picturesque Dean Village. Breakfast was good with cooked to order hot food and self service continental selection. Great location as just a few minutes walk away from Princes Street.

Everyone was super friendly. Its nice Breakfast is included and they had a variety of options. My only thing was the lift was broken and no one helped us with our bags and we had to go to the 4th floor. Other than that, no complaints.

Beautiful B&B. Elevator not working at this time, but Liam helped carry our bags to our 4th floor room. Breakfast was amazing - lots of cooked choices!

We had such a wonderful staff. Beautiful building, kind and thoughtful staff, and good location. We loved our breakfast. They served a continental breakfast as well as a hot breakfast. There is a beautiful library on the first floor which is a must see! Make sure you bring shampoo, soap, etc because it is only provided upon request! The lift is down, so make note of this if you have any restrictions. We would definitely come again. Thank you, B B staff for being such wonderful hosts and making our first trip to Edinburgh so memorable!!! Cheers!

What a brilliant find. Really friendly staff and breakfast was lovely. Great location, close to the main high street and tram stops. Would definitely stay here again.

Really lovely building . Location excellent . Only complaint no dairy free spread for toast at breakfast. The rest of breakfast was fantastic.
