Mate, the 3 day tantra retreat was bloody unreal, such a beaut spot! The tantra and breathwork workshops were all about connecting and being in the moment. The yoga and the teachers were top-notch! If your keen for a few days of good vibes and relaxation, chuck it on your bucket list, mate.

The tantra retreat was awesome! The guided meditations and breathing really helped me to relax and open up to my internal life force and the movements helped me feel my body more sensually. The instructors skillfully introduced elements of tantra, emphasizing the importance of mindfulness and presence. The breathwork exercises really did heighten my sensory experiences – everything was more vivid – colors, tastes, smells, touch. I learned how to charge my chakras, build energy and exchange energy, and how to touch more consciously. I liked that it wasn’t theoretic but very hands-on, so I got to really experience tantra!

Harmony Healing Resort is a very unique experience. I felt like I traveled to the end of the world, ended up on this super remote beach with warm welcoming people. At night we had a bonfire on the beach and people played different instruments. We even took a night swim under the stars!

My stay was a journey of self-discovery, thanks to the workshops. The yoga and meditation sessions were both invigorating and grounding and the breathwork workshops helped me to stabilize my internal emotions.

Harmony Healing Resort is just so darn peaceful. Every night, I'd fall asleep to the sound of the waves, and every morning, I'd wake up to the sun rising over the ocean - it was like pure magic, making my soul happy. Plus, the staff is super warm and caring, treating everyone like family. My favorite was the tantra and breathwork workshops!

Quite nice place, very quiet. My work is quite stressful and it was very nice to leave all the noise and chaos behind and spend some time in Harmony. The name really reflects the experience, harmony - fully in nature waking up to the sunrise over the ocean, participating in the morning meditation. It was a beautiful way to start everyday.

The nights at this secluded beach are out of this world. It's far from the city's chaos, and the sky at night is a full-blown star show, like a piece of heaven. You can only get here by boat, and it feels like you're on the edge of the world. If you've ever wanted to see a sky filled with stars, this is the place to be. Also the food was really good - yum!

This is my 2nd time coming to Harmony :-) I love this place! It's more than just a regular resort on the beach... it's like coming to a loving community. Julie and her team really open their arms to the guests and take their time in the workshops to help you really understand and go deep into the healing practice even if you're just a beginner (like me!) It's about 1 hour outside of El Nido, but its definitely worth the journey! Also, the resort now provides free boat service from Teneguiban so it's much easier to get to than before
