We left on a bad note and so our review will start on a bad note! All this place cares about is soaking you for every cent your worth without regard to your happiness. Billing meals and drinks uses a system devised in the 17th century utilizing carbon paper, a pen, and pad. No computers. How could things go wrong? On our final day we received a call from the front desk confirming our early morning transport to the airport which we had already arranged and confirmed twice. We were quoted $44 for private transport to the airport at 5 am which was already way too much for the 15-minute 4.3-mile journey. Our flight left at 7 am so I was a little confused why the resort wanted to leave so early. To add to the confusion, we were quoted $26 for a private airport transfer earlier that week. So, during the phone call we confirmed the price which now was quoted at $61! I balked at this and was requoted at $53 than again at $61. I now proceeded to the front desk to find out what is going on and talked to the manager. She showed me the pricing and indeed, if you had private transport to the airport before 5 am the cost was $61. At 5 am and after, the price was $53. However, my transport was at 5 am so it should be $53. She did not agree. So I arranged for 5:15 am and she reluctantly charged us our original quote of $44. Ok, all is well now. However, I believe that the resort wanted us to leave early for the airport in order to charge us more money. We ate dinner and we had two bottles of water. We settled our tab at 8 pm due to our early departure the next day. During the settlement, I pointed out that the restaurant had not billed us for the two bottles of water, however the desk person said that they were included and pointed them out on the tab. Great all is well! At 10:30 pm while sleeping our phone rings and the same desk person says “I know your sleeping but could you come down and pay for two bottles of water which were not billed?” ***! I said no (I was so mad I actually cursed on the phone) and said I would pay the driver in the morning. Again, I was so mad I could not get back to sleep! I cannot believe a resort would wake someone for $5 which I tried to pay earlier, particularly after spending over $2,800 on our stay. Just let it go! But the money was more important than the guest’s happiness. Our room and balcony were noisy from the main highway below and was really hot and unusable in the afternoon because the sad little AC could not keep up with the direct sunlight from the balcony even with the curtains closed. No shade at the pool. The resort is super steep so if you have any mobility issues, don’t stay here. Can’t walk to town because of how steep the road is. Housekeeping locked us out twice and confiscated our key. We had to ask for coffee in our room every morning. The hardest bed ever (ouch). Das Hotel befindet sich in einer tollen Lage, zum Bahnhof, wo die Schiffe nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß gehen. Das Reinigungszimmer, alle neuen, gut gereinigt, hatte keine Kommentare. Personal sehr responsiv! Ich fühlte mich dort als ob ich ein Gast namens ❤️ war Einige Male gab es Fehler beim Wasserdruck, aber ich werde die Bewertung nicht reduzieren, da alles beschlossen wurde, sobald ich mich auf das Rezept wandte. Vegan Frühstück sind schön, aber nicht sehr lecker, aber vielleicht ist es nur für mich, weil ich nicht vegan bin. Für Nicht-Vegetarier in einem nahe gelegenen Hotel gibt es ein Frühstück, das auch in den Preis inbegriffen ist, ist es nicht notwendig, separat zu bezahlen. Liebe diesen Ort! Ich habe für 5 Nächte geblieben und es war nicht genug. Das Personal war so freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Essen und die Musik im Restaurant war großartig, 10/10 würde empfehlen. Es ist auch direkt vor dem Strand und eine perfekte Lage, um alle von El Nido zu sehen. Ich hoffe, ich werde bald wieder zurückgehen!

Ich war hier vorhin und ich bin froh, wieder zu sein! Der Tag für Tag war die Wartung unverschämt. Geteilte Badezimmer waren immer sauber. Angelo vom Frontdesk war sehr hilfreich. Er empfahl Attraktionen, die wir mit unseren Anfragen gehen können und half uns. Das Frühstück war gut. Dieser Ort ist auch in der Nähe des Bereichs mit vielen Restaurants und herrlichen Cafés.

I am giving this resort a 4 based on the following pros The staff were amazing friendly professionals that made you feel welcome and greeted you by name everyday The air conditioning was silent and super effective. The shower had great pressure and temperature. Room had closet for clothes Breakfast was good and changed daily And location well you can't beat beachfront! The only con's internet was horrible and tv didn't work. We stayed on the new building C201

El nido, Palawan ist einer der Touristenplätze, die in den Philippinen besucht wurden. Damit hat meine Familie beschlossen, hier auf Urlaub zu gehen. Der Moment, als wir in den Flughafen Puerto Princesa angekommen waren, war es erstaunlich, sich vorzustellen, was noch mehr ist, wenn wir in El Nido ankommen. Von dort hatten wir einen runden Flughafenshuttle für eine Aufpreise, die auf Anfrage verfügbar ist. Wir haben vier Nächte im El Nido Garden Resort Hotel geblieben und hatten die beste Erfahrung. Der Ort war geräumig und unverschämt, die Mitarbeiter waren untergebracht, das Essen war erstaunlich und die Aussicht war atemberaubend. Außerhalb können Sie auch nachts einen Spaziergang und ein Schwimmbad nehmen. Sie können dort Freizeitaktivitäten machen und mit einem Getränk in der Mini-Lounge/Bar umhüllen. Ihre Lage ist sehr zugänglich für viele Strand, wenn Sie einige wie Lio und Nacpan besuchen möchten. In der Nacht können Sie auch zu Restaurants in der Umgebung kommen, aber ich versichere Ihnen die Lebensmittel in diesem Hotel genügen, um Ihre Sprache zu befriedigen. Sie sind bei 7-9 AM offen, Ihre Hunger wird sicherlich weg. Sie haben große klimatisierte Zimmer mit Flachbild-TV jedes. Jedes Zimmer hat private Balkone und Sie können sogar Ihre Dampfkleider dort hängen! Private Badezimmer haben Duschen mit Toiletten und Haartrockner gefeiert. Sie können sich dort zu Hause machen und entspannen während einige Zeit aus.

We had amazing experience staying at CADLAO RESORT, when we arrived they sent tuktuk for pick up and upon arrival they guided really well throughout.. they arranged nice anniversary setup in room for us . They offered free cocktails from. 3-5 pm and you can watch best view while enjoying the cocktails at restaurant. This resort has 3 pools for each room location… staff is very courteous.. rooms are comfortable.. overall we had great stay.. i will definitely recommend this for families and couples. Thank you CADLAO resort for making our anniversary stay super super special

Seda Leo ist ein 5 Sterne Hotel, allerdings mit einigen Schwachstellen. Auf den ersten Blick wirkt das Hotel auf hohem Standard, allerdings zeigt sich bei genaueren Hinsehen ein Abnutzung an diversen Stellen (abgestossene Kanten an Badezimmerrahmen, abgebrochene Tischecken, verschmutzte Möbel. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und der Strand ist grandios. Unschön sind hingegen Sandfliegen am Strand auf welche konsequent hingewiesen wird. Das Personal ist mehrheitlich freundlich, allerdings teils nicht besonders lösungsorientiert. Wer bspw. in einer Pool-Kabana etwas gesünderes Essen möchte als auf der Poolkarte angeboten, muss selbst in das daneben liegende Hotelrestaurant gehen und dort Essen, da das Personal der Poolbar streng die Poolkarte ohne Kompromisse umsetzt. Die Auswahl der angebotenen Speisen im Restaurant (Frühstück, Abendessen) ist relativ beständig und könnte mehr Varianten vertragen, Abwechslung für Gäste mit längeren Aufenthalten anzubieten. Ebenfalls ist das Personal des Front Office mehrheitlich freundlich, meist aber nicht entscheidungsbefugt. So muss ein Checkout mehrmals angefragt werden, Entscheiden darf aber nur der Supervisor bzw. Duty Manager. Trotz niedriger Belegung, gewährte diese („Devine“) nur eine Stunde, was für ein fünf Sterne Hotel und eine Familie mit Baby sehr enttäuschend ist. Die Servicequalität ist also eher tief mit Ausnahme des sehr freundlichen Restaurantpersonals (Maya, Ruel, Leanne, Jayson).

How to start…. Unable to explain the overwhelming overly excellent hospitality of NBR and the Sunmai restaurant! Felt like we are part of their little family. My son was sick and front desk lady in the morning sent him hot tea with honey. Gave us access if doctor is needed. The Sunmai restaurant chef and servers modified their menu on what I am craving and they made it happen. So appreciative of little things but means so much. Felt really good after a relaxing massage from their outstanding masseuses. Beach is just so Picture Perfect!!! Can’t thank you enough to everyone made our stay stress free, worry free and never felt safe in Nacpan! It’s a home away from home!!! Thank you from the Abenojar’s of California!
