Dies ist das 6. oder 7. Mal, dass ich im Hotel übernachtet habe. Früher bin ich mit einem Reisebüro gefahren, jetzt gehe ich alleine. Es genügt, dem Besitzer des Hotels Jordi zuzustimmen – einem sehr netten und fürsorglichen Menschen. Das Hotelpersonal steht Ihnen stets mit der nötigen Hilfestellung und Information zur Seite. Das Hotel ist etwas altmodisch, hat aber seinen eigenen Charme. Die Auswahl der Lebensmittel ist nie ein Problem. Das Frühstück ist im Allgemeinen eintönig, aber das Abendessen ist großartig. Vielen Dank an die Köche und Kellnerinnen. Das Zimmer ist immer sauber, jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, Internet im Zimmer. Sie zahlen den Preis eines 3-Sterne-Hotels, erwarten Sie also keine 4-5-Sterne-Hotelleistungen. Generell ist das Hotel sehr ruhig, es reisen nur wenige Familien mit lauten Kindern an. Manchmal ist es eine etwas laute Gesellschaft junger Leute, aber meistens kommen sie in den Sommerferien für 2-3 Tage. Die Nähe ist voller Geschäfte und Restaurants, Auto-, Motorrad-, Fahrradverleih, zum Zentrum von Palma 20-30 Minuten mit dem Bus (Nr. 23, 25), zum Flughafen 25 Minuten mit dem Bus A2, zum Strand 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß. Sie haben die Wahl, kommen Sie und überzeugen Sie sich selbst.

Pros- The room was spotless with a balcony overlooking the pool area and a distant sea view. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Air con very effective. Daily room service. Cons - Paid for WiFi, deposit for air con remote both were expected. Overall expect 2 stars and you will be pleasantly surprised - we were for the price we paid.

Not recommended for families with children! The rooms are unkempt and dirty! Cobwebs on the ceiling, holes around the window frames, torn and dirty curtains, the sheets were stained, poorly insulated cables, uneven floor. The food in the restaurant is not bad if it is available because it depends on which chef is on duty. The pool is deep and not for children! Most guests are young tourists who came only for alcohol tourism. And they often knock on doors in the early hours of the day, make noise... It is far from the three stars that are undeserved!

Having arrived following a long flight delay we got our keys early hours and just went straight to bed, when we woke up and open the curtains we were literally touching the noses of the people in the hotel opposite, we asked if we could move rooms which they were able to accommodate the following day to a room over looking the pool which was much better. There were lots of Spanish teens staying here but to be fair they were a little noisy but not too intrusive to us. The pool area was mostly quiet and relaxing. Our room door wouldn't open but the manager fixed that and gave us a bottle of wine with dinner for the inconvenience and the staff there were very nice and friendly. The only thing I really wouldn't rave about is the food, it was edible. Would I stay here again, yes - for the money it was good value just ensure you request a room overlooking the pool and forest as its a smashing view from a hotel nicely tucked away with a nice pool area.

Very small hard bed. Ants everywhere,even in the toilet and we were on the 4th floor. The swimming pool was dirty. Food was just ok. Internet is not included, costs 1€ per device per day. You have to pay a deposit before you can use air-conditioning. Overpriced in my opinion and doesn't deserve 3 stars.

Stayed mid July.. 3 night mini break Heatwave 34-38 degrees..not many English in hotel and in that location either( not issue for us) .. wifi 1Euro a day.. Although seemed lots youngsters we didn’t have noise issues at all.... no entertainment , not that type hotel but we knew that anyway .. positives.. Room and all hotel areas had air con thank goodness , free-in room ,was given a remote to operate ..fridge in room which was great. We stayed half board.. all staff very friendly , comfy beds ,room cleaned daily and towels .food plentiful and always something we liked .. had half board.. we have early breakfast, 7.30/8,quiet and plenty tables.. evening only ate once as ate out but what we had was good… higher floor recommended good value break for what we needed.. Negatives .. Bar area by pool wasn’t open when we were there at 6 pm..maybe we just missed it but no other bar at hotel . pool small not many beds and doesn’t look appealing .. No car park and the area is full cars, very hard to find spaces, hotel directed us to large car park , a good walk but was ok for us but just looked derelict land but good it was free but I’d say get full insurance,.bathroom shower needed good deep clean in drain hole ..basic cleaning fine but think a thorough clean was needed in certain areas.. Air con unit was on balcony low down and was blowing hot so was to hot to sit out on balcony.. you have to take price into consideration as it’s cheap cost hotel .. Resort:. 10 min walk to Beach which gets busy . Long stretch .. need to get there before 11 am for beds.. charge about 16 euro 2 beds umbrella.. Promenade very busy in evening.seemed more youths .., don’t go if you like quiet.. struggled for seats at a quiet bar..

Stayed for 4 nights room did what we wanted, defo pay 20euros for air con you get it back. Food was good even paid to have buffet dinner last night which was lovely. Cheap and cheerful would visit again.
