Club Hotel Eilat - All Suites Hotel

Just an awful experience! I decided to stay in Eilat, and booked a room at the front desk at about 2am for the next 2 days. When I got to check-in, only one was in their system. The agent asked me to go on *********** to book the second night, where I saw that the night that did go through was $75 less than the rate the front desk gave me. When I asked the manager to honor the lower rate, she refused, stating that it was in the computer, so she couldn’t change it. When I tried to push the point, this lady (Imbal?) looks at me and says “stay, don’t stay, I don’t care. You still have to pay the higher rate.” She then turns to her computer and flat out ignores me. Wish I could say it got better, but it was all downhill from there. The property is infested with flies. It’s difficult to enjoy the pool while being swarmed by insects, and they get into the rooms too. The rooms are seriously dated, cheaply furnished, and smelled musty. There’s minimal in-room entertainment, and the thin walls ensure you hear everything around you. The worst part was that every staff member was rude and dismissive, from the bellhop (who was too busy watching sports on his phone to help) to the management. On the second day, I was greeted by security guards and housekeeping ready to forcibly eject me because the check in staff didn’t link the reservations. The guards yanked me out of the room by my arm before I could say anything. I had to get reception on the phone while they detained me. Really, just an awful experience. Please avoid, I’d hate to see the same things happen to you!

Extremely unfriendly and arrogant staff at the hotel entrance. Wouldn’t let me stop my car to offload my luggage even for a few minutes when there were no other cars waiting or traffic. Just didn’t want to help. Avoid at all costs and stay somewhere else.

Very bad service from reception they checked me in around 19:40 to a suite with a machines around it no one of my family could sleep i couldn't add the video here I don't recommend it Everyday was trouble and yelling between customers and staff at the reception Do not go there !!

I’m writing in English so that everyone can understand. We stayed for one night at this hotel and at the time of the arrival was everything ok and the reception hostess was really helpful. Later that night we needed to book a taxi for the next morning to catch a flight. We called the reception and ask for it, the answer was “we don’t book taxi” so I ask for info on how can I do it and a very impolite, not able to do the job and to work in public and cocky receptionist said “ehm… Google…” and then hang up on us. We tried to reserve a taxi by phone and internet but they weren’t answering the Italian number. I tried to call again the reception by our room and nobody answered so I had to go there at midnight. I ask once again politely and they send us in front of the hotel where there was suppose to be a person to book a taxi. The person told us to come 10 min before the time we wanted the taxi in the morning and he would have called it for us, it was impossible to book. We asked again because we needed the taxi early in the morning at 6 but he reinsured us that everything was going to be ok and doable. The next morning we got to the front door and ask to call a taxi that’s what happened: man called the taxi company and told us that there was no taxi, another man told us that was Shabbat (it was 6 o clock in the mornin of Sunday) and the receptionist (a different woman from the day before) keep telling us that that wasn’t her job so she didn’t care. And of course when asked to talk to the boss or someone in charge nobody was there. Everyone was pretending or was unable to speak the basic English. We payed 950 shekel which are approximately 240€ for one night and this hotel didn’t give us any service neither calling a taxi. And the people were rude and impolite and not wanting to do the jobs they were paid for. I strongly recommend to do NOT book any room there. Even if you need a normal hotel because it looks more like a playground for kids and boys screaming at every hour of the night and day while nobody is watching them.

Do yourself a favor and don’t come any closer to this so called “hotel” Save your money and find some place else. They gave us a family with two kids a room just above a dance club. When we came back to our room at late evening and were tired and just wanted to go to bed we found out that it’s impossible! The noise was so loud it felt like we were inside the club. Called the reception and guess what? They were no any other room available. And I am sure they knew the situation well before and said that we were in the part of the hotel for the young people who doesn’t care about the noise! Why would they put a family to such place? Unbelievable!!! Had to cancel our staying there and to go to other hotel!In the middle of the night with two kids! Shame on your! And no, we didn’t have heard any apologies

This hotel is great- although they provide activities and entertainment it is not too noisy and has a great vibe to it. It is almost on the promenade and has a shopping centre across the road. Food is plentiful and decent quality. I have stayed three times and enjoyed it.

Awful service, the hotel workers, specially at the reception, don't understand the meaning of service. The reception manager inbal decided to turn off the main lobby tv while 80 guests watched the national soccer team. This was a hotel manager call, without explanation. I guess it won't happen at Europe or America hotel.

As a travel agent, I have been to many hotels in Israel. This hotel was my worst experience ever. If you are looking for maximum party and as much noise as possible - welcome! We wait there with 18 people - all share my opinion: bad! First the hotel deleted our original rooms and supposedly offered us an upgrade. But what has included: less rooms. Helpfulness was absolutely nonexistent at the reception. Before - and after with stood loud angry people. In the end, we had to pay for additional costs that we did not cause, despite the hotel's error. Fortunately, we found the Aria just across the street. Felt 10 x nicer and super nice staff. I would recommend everyone to check out the Aria beforehand. What was positive: food was top in the Clup Hotel. Otherwise: never again. Unless you are looking for maximum entertainment, noise and drunk guests. He will be happy here.
