Sorry bathtub. Broken dish washer. Old style TV so unable to use our streaming accounts. Not what we were expecting for what we paid. Very disappointed. Cleaned the bathtub myself. Reported dish washer but wasn't repaired. Booked a place wroth a dish washer so we wouldn't have to wash up every time some one ate. Not particularly happy.

Great location for Perth city. However, found insects on the bed sheet. Need to request housekeeping for stay shorter than 5 days. Broken clothes rack was never replaced. Improvement required for a 4-star accommodation.

Service was bad. Ac nit working. We have to keep asking for towels. Carpets were old

Good place to stay at Perth CBD. Clean and well managed property.

For get the location and the good sized apartments, must be in the top 5 in Perth for rude and unhelpful front desk staff. Next time I will rather travel further to my appointments rather then stay here

Hotel was nice and clean, with paid sheltered carpark. Staff was really friendly and helpful despite us checking in late! convenient location, near to many car rental places as well

Good location and good price for what I needed (2 bedroom apartments!). Convenient parking in building or on street if you can find it. Room is slightly dim though.

My family of 5 stayed at Mantra on Hay for 6 nights in the 2 bedroom-2toilet apartment on the ground floor. The apartment looked as per the images, though the toilets are a slightly dated and the water pipes do get a little noisy. Overall it is still a good experience and my family had a great stay. :)

Friendly staff, great location and easy access. Very comfy room perfect for the weekend

負面： -房間老舊，沙發磨損掉色，進屋有黴味。 浴室衹有洗髮水和護髮素，沒有洗手液沐浴露，問了house keeping的服務員也沒有大瓶，給了三小衹旅行裝。 -管理很有問題，服務很差！ 1、晚上抵達，被門禁擋在門口進不去，前台沒人，才發現不是酒店，是公寓，然而事先並沒有在Accor、booking或者攜程任何一個平台看到這個上班時間的任何提示，酒店訂單上也沒有提示。打電話給酒店，給了兩個密碼在前面的箱子裏取到鑰匙。 2、無論通過官方或渠道訂單，沒有多餘房間這酒店也不會跟訂房方面反饋！發郵件才有人回！並且沒房為什麼這些渠道都能訂到房？ 第二天一早，前台告訴我在Accor app訂單他們沒收到，也沒有房間住了。我同事通過攜程訂的兩室公寓房間的可以直接refresh續一天。想着就一天算了，我可以去旁邊Novetel住一晚上。 告訴前台我後面還有兩個房間三天的已付款訂單讓她提前幫我確認，告訴我沒辦法確認！ 3、第三天一早從novetel回來就跟前台説了，如果有房間我們希望搬進去，否則按酒店要求我們10點退房得把行李存前台，下午3點才能check in. 回覆我等消息。我們在房間等到10點多來了三撥人敲門，趕我們出去説要做清潔。我説房間沒安排好，我正在跟代理攜程電話聯繫也不願意等我。 如果要我們行李打包完，要搬出去就不會待在這個酒店了。 打包checkout, 跟經理説瞭如果確定沒有另一間房，我們不可能三天分兩個酒店住，就把那間房取消，這時候才開始説幫我查一下。十分鐘以後過來跟我説沒有。我説取消，還非常不高興。 正面：洗碗機和乾衣機很滿意，兩室一廳比較寬敞。 第一天衹有一個酒店房間，給安排了一個兩卧室公寓，這點同事很滿意。

房間很大，性價比算是不錯的選擇。碰到價格低的時候比住酒店強。至少有陽台可以通風。

Distance from Optus stadium was good. Rooms nice and beds comfortable. Unfortunately the pool was green with algae so kids couldn't swim!

Good location in the city. large and clean rooms but kitchen amenities can be improved e.g. cooking ovens with more hot plates, more cutting knives and oven. The parking bays are narrow, suitable for small cars only. It would be more attractive for travelers if free parking is provided. Only TV, no Netflix nor YouTube is available. The taps for shower are rather hard to turn esp. by children. Overall speaking, it is good to stay.
