Stayed 2 nights in a supposed twin room, which I think they upgraded us to a family room that had a bathtub :D location is 2 mins walk from the town hall with lots of resturant around & 10 mins from railway station. Very friendly staff who greets you every morning. Didn’t have breakfast included but the meal deal was pretty attractive (2 course meal + breakfast + drink for £24.99) so my friend and I decided to go for breakfast next morning (£9.90 for unlimited cooked + continental). Love the energy of the staffs :D

來英國住的最差的酒店，倒更像是個酒吧，屬於連鎖酒店，床很軟，床品也很一般，早餐就是英式早餐，品種很少，房間倒是挺大，一進房間一股煙味兒，酒店的WAFI信號很差，連接也很繁瑣，還需要填寫電話和郵箱地址，勉強連上還老掉線，實際上用的還是手機流量，唯一值得一提的是服務員的服務還好，算是加分項，下次應該不會再來了

先是在位於達勒姆北部的相同品牌酒店住了4晚，之後又在這家市中心的連住了12晚，位置非常方便，去市中心廣場、去火車站都很近，附近風景很好，房間乾淨衞生，前台服務員人員很友好。只是房間一直吹自然風，好像不能調整成暖風或關閉，但10月上旬温度還好，以後有機會還會入住。

一番良かったことは、フロントの皆さんがとても親切で、温かい雰囲気だったことです。ありがとう！値段に見合わないほど部屋も広く、設備も豪華でとてもいいホテルでした。次もここに泊まりたいです。

酒店離杜倫市中心不遠，走10分鐘左右就到了。酒店入住是要在機器上自己操作點擊入住，服務人員很好，幫我們進行了這一系列的操作。房間雖不大，但有吹風機、空調，空調開了感覺沒有多大用。床單這些看了還是很乾凈的，就是房間隔音不好，如l果隔壁很吵的話，就會影響睡眠了，還好入住的那幾天很安靜。房間味道很大，應該是下水道的一個反味，必須每天開窗通風。

位置方便，距離火車站步行大概10分鐘。 但離大學颇遠。

The price was affordable and in easy reach of railway station, also hotel room was vey clean and comfortable. Had everything i needed so for me was in easy to visit family and friends and as I have said not far from the railway station and bus routes.

I had a better night sleep here than at the Radison the night before! It's clean, cheap, friendly and in a great location for going out around Durham. The bar downstairs was handy for starting out and winding down later on before retiring for the night.

Having stayed here before we had no hesitation in booking again. Excellent location,comfortable and clean rooms,pleasant public spaces,delicious breakfast,and an ENTIRE pleasant staff,will see us book again. A special mention to the delightful Colleen,personification of a warm and genuinely lovely person.

I stayed just for a day and I was warmed by the hospitality of every individual working there. They are truly the sweetest bunch of people I've met and had the opportunity to interact with. They are superbly friendly, will give you great suggestions on exploring Durham and more than anything, are there to help you with the warmest of smiles. A big shout out to all the sweet humans who work here. You guys are awesome! ❤️ P.s. this is at the best spot in the city. Everything is just within a 10min walking distance...the railway station, castle, cathedral etc. The view of the river is also great!

Excellent hotel, spotless, rooms, bar/restaurant. Wonderful staff , especially a young lady called KIM, nothing was too much trouble , so nice as I was a lady travelling on my own, a credit to your company.Excellent location , only 5 mins walk via good lift that takes you to GALA THEATRE, and MARKET SQ, then minutes from CATHEDRAL, CASTLE and shops

Took a premier plus room which gave an uprgrade on the wifi, tea making and toiletries - nice little touches. The hotel is slap bang in the centre of town, everywhere is a short walk. The breakfast was well cooked and well served. The staff were all lovely and I'd recommend this as a good dependable place to stay when visiting. Good nights stay at a reasonable price
