Your experience matters greatly to us, and we regret that we did not meet your expectations.We apologize for any inconvenience caused by our location, especially with the market being relocated in front of our hotel due to the ongoing renovation of the Central Market. Despite this, we are pleased to inform you that our location is accessible by most jeepneys and cabs, making transportation convenient for our guests.We also apologize for the issue with the faucet in your room. Had we been informed, we would have promptly sent our maintenance team to address the problem. Please always feel free to contact the front desk with any issues so we can ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.Our room rates are designed to be reasonable and affordable. While we do not provide dental kits in the rooms, we do sell toothpaste and toothbrushes at the front desk at a minimal cost. Additionally, complimentary slippers are available upon request. Concerning the food delivery policy, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. For the safety of all our guests, we do not allow delivery riders to go to the rooms, and outside food is generally not permitted since we have a restaurant on-site. However, we do make exceptions for food purchased outside by our guests. Food deliveries can be made, but need to be picked up by the entrance of the hotel since our lobby is quite small.We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future so we can make up for our lapses and provide you with a more pleasant experience.
