The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, creating a great first impression. However, the bathroom bedding and curtain appeared to be unwashed and had an unpleasant smell.

Lovely little hotel in a quiet corner of the city. The swimming pool is a good size and very nice to sit by eating breakfast, The hotel caters more for Filipinos than westerns, which is fun. Look at the picture of breakfast 😍. Yes it's a banana. But it was nice food at a good price. I would recommend the hotel

Twas great, receptionist were friendly and approachable. Good room service, no dust can be found.

Unfortunately had a bad experience in being in circle inn, the hotel is good, but the location is totally worse place, and some of the receptionist staff are unknown to a customer dealing and the proper way of a approach and respectfully to a client, it's really upsetting!!! Regarding the coffee shop the staff was very kind and humble as well as helpful, regarding the room, the faucet and washing line was not working properly, as well as no separate pipe for cleaning after use of WC, no toothpaste neither brush available like other hotel's as well as slippers, and they were applying a rule, which grab guy not allowed in the lobby to drop the delivery, totally UN accepted, my first and last time I stayed, I'm sorry to state the truth of what I felt towards, Thank you, hopefully they will look in the subject and do the needful for better prospect, from reception staff to room condition,

Staff are very friendly and service was really great. But upon checking, glasses in the room had stains. Location wise, near the market and mall.

Accomodating staff. Big and spacious room. Very nice bathroom with hot and cold shower plus free pool access. Enjoy na naman si baby ko nito. Clean and friendly staff. Thank you po!

Great location for city tour. Hotel’s amenities & services are great too, haven’t tried their food service but staffs are approachable and friendly.

The front desk personnel on duty around 8pm on the 8th August 2024 was very rude .I was not ever humiliated in all my hotel stay, only in this hotel. Customer service at its worst. I will not ever return to this hotel ever nor I will recommend this hotel to any of my friends and relations.

I would like to bring to your attention an unpalatable situation which we found out after our check out. This has left me troubled as I made every effort to solve the issue. My Green iPhone 11, with clear case and pictures of the kids at the back was left at Room 207 last Feb. 20,2022. With confirmation from my kids, brother and our helper the phone was kept under the pillow before checkout. However, we went back to check last Feb 21,2022 to inquire if they had seen the phone, but they reported that they did NOT. I am not gonna leave a review, send an email, etc. if we are NOT sure. There's no place for us to check aside from this hotel. Right after our check out, we went home straight and the phone was missing already. 'Tho we take responsibility for this act of negligence and apologize for it but we do hope that they will help us solve the issue. *pic for reference
