I love a travel lodge and this one didn’t let us down. Great location, large comfortable room clean when very clean bedding. Staff helpful and good parking. Good value for money. We have stayed there before so happy to return. Thank you a1 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Booked it for few nights with the family the reception lady maddie was brilliant very professional i needed some milk for my toddler she gave us free milk very freindly staff clean hotel parking is free wich is amaizing booking again in easter holidays would like to see maddie again.

I booked this hotel because it was near Edinburgh, not that far. Only 25 min drive prices were very reasonable as we entered and was welcomed by a very friendly lady Maddie she was very approachable was willing to help. Rooms were spot on the only thing I didn't like was one of the house keeper was on her phone don't know her name she was talking loud. But everything was great customer service is brilliant by the receptionist.

Stayed over Christmas holidays as family in Dunfermline. Hotel was only used for sleeping as we spent all day at family home. Hotel was spotless, Staff (Yvonne,Annie) were amazing, so happy and welcoming. Hotel doesn’t have a bar which I think they’d benefit from as they have the space in reception for one. Breakfast box was ok but didn’t buy again after 1st morning as didn’t think it was good value for £6. Tea,coffee and water free in reception. Car park was also free and massive never had any issues getting a space. Well kept grounds. Will 100% stay here again in April when visiting family for Easter break. Thanks again Dunfermline

The stay itself was fine for the price, but the check-in really set a bad tone. When we got to our room, we realized the toilet hadn’t been cleaned. We told the receptionist, Madine (I think that was her name as she wasn’t wearing a uniform), but she said there were no other rooms available. She also refused to clean it herself because she’s “not a housekeeper.” What made it worse was that she started ranting about her job, how bad the management is, and how her coworkers get better shifts. It was super uncomfortable because we didn’t ask or care to hear about any of that. We even asked if we could borrow cleaning supplies to sort it ourselves, but she said she didn’t have access to them. The rest of the stay was okay, but that receptionist really ruined the start for us.

It was a good hotel and the staff specifically MADDIE was very helpful. I always take Travelodge to stay like this time. I recommend Travelodge for family staying. They are good. This time MADDIE was so helpful and I am thinking to go on Easter again.

Very helpful, kind and competent staff, always a warm welcome and any requests catered for. Comfort room and everything that's needed. Quiet too. Large car park and easy access to the nearby city and linking roads. Lots of eateries and shoppes close by! Highly Recommended!

Stayed here for a wedding locally over the weekend. Hotel is great. Clean and well maintained. Staff (Annie) very knowledgeable and friendly, couldn’t do enough for us and other guests. Will definitely stay again when in the area. Thanks .

Room lovely fresh & clean. Bathroom spotless. Travellodge have the comfiest beds ever. I have very bad back trouble and I know I will get a great night's sleep. Immaculate bedding & sheets always crisp & fresh.

Beds are comfortable, linen are clean, staff very friendly and competent, no noise in a hotel, no hassle at all. Very enjoyable

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. We will come again.

Lovely hotel which is quiet and off the road so nothing around. Shops are a short walk away. Large car park which was basically empty my whole stay. Free aswell. Room was fine. Clean and smells fresh. Room was cold on entering but once heater was on it heated up quickly. Cleaners all seem nice and one in particular always helpful asking if I needed anything sorry didn’t get her name but she was from Cowdenbeath. Receptionist on late shift not so great very blunt but tall blonde girl on morning shift was lovely. Sorry again didn’t catch names. Lots of helpful advice, things to see and do which I was not aware of. Even printed me a map of bus network which helped when I didn’t want to drive etc. if in area again I would stay.
