Thank you for a wonderful stay. Your place is absolutely beautiful! So clean and your host was so friendly and helpful. The rooms are set up perfectly. I have never seen towels so white. The breakfast pack was delicious and a nice treat. Thank you

We had a really great time at Cinzaco in Dullstroom. Great customer service, clean facilities, really great value for money and a really lovely room. Definitely worth staying there if you plan on going through Dullstroom - we would highly recommend it. It is situated perfectly and really close to the main town and near the Dullstroom dam. We were treated very well and with great trust and facilities made available to us.

We were met by CC and Lourens upon arrival. Thank you Lourens for being an Awesome host !!! Lourens went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and made our stay a Home away from Home. The place is neat and clean. Top notch !!! The next day when we left we were surprised with Breakfast bags by Lourens... WOW !!! Thx Lourens you will make that we return to Cinzaco. Cheers !!!

We only spent one night here but it was such a quiet and comfortable place to stay. The bed was really comfortable and had dual bed warmers for our comfort. The shower had plenty of hot water. Wifi worked well. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. Our hostess was so kind and helpful.

Cinzaco Dullstroom staff went out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel at home. Even though there was loadshedding, staff made sure that the transition from grid to generator (and back again) was seamless. There was an almost endless supply of wood for the cold winter nights. Will definitely be back with the intention of spending more than two nights.

I am satisfied with the service I received, the room was clean, and I was assisted nicely by the receptionist. Christiaan was very helpful with invoice. Overall I'm very satisfied and will most definitely visit again

I only have two issues with our stay. There was no tea or coffee in the room. We managed to find a couple of coffee sachets in main lounge/dining area. Seems that the coffee/tea had not been re stocked in our room prior to our arrival. Facility offers a hairdryer - the one in our room could not be used as the adaptor did not fit into any of the sockets.

Stayed here for one night as a stopover to Panoramarout/Kruger area. Location is safe and accommodation is good. We had reserved a king room which was in a building opposite to the main building on the other side of the street. The room is spacious but the bathroom may be a bit small, but for a stopover it does the job. Bed is comfy and manager is very friendly. The only two things we experienced that lacked the 5th star: It was raining when we stayed and the sound it makes on the metal roof and dripping on the side is pretty annoying if you want to sleep. The sound was so hard it kept you out of your sleep. The other thing was that it could be helpful if it was mentioned at the checkin that most restaurants are closed or close early on SUNDAY. Resulting in having to go to bed without having dinnner... Besides this, would recommend

A great place to stay, would highly recommend it to anyone. It was easy to book, great location, very clean rooms,friendly service, good value for money, and they have electricity supply for loadshedding.
