Lovely stay to visit the Black Country Museum and Caves Caves . Room was very clean , polite and efficient staff , lovely breakfast . We stayed for two nights and everything was spot on .

The hotel was clean, nice and in a cozy environment, close to the zoo. However, the amenities are really poor. There is no mobile service in the hotel and WIFI subscription will need to be purchased. However, be ready to experience a very slow frustrating connection. Also, the hot water is basically cold water and nothing could be done about it during my stay.

Very nice stay. The room was well equipped and the bed very comfortable. Great location for local attractions and with free parking. Nice breakfast

Hotel is clean and reasonably well located. Breakfast was very good & served very hot. Could have done with extra staff on bar ( one person running reception and the bar at the same time)as we waited long periods of time to get a drink in the afternoon. Other than that a good stay

Really lovely stay to catch a show at the Town Hall and just go to restaurants and rest up etc. The rooms have been recently refurbished and walk is still ongoing during the week but not that disruptive thankfully. The staff are great and the rooms really comfortable with a bath in ours. Great location so recommend wholeheartedly

Excellent help from the assistant manager. He was very attentive to our family needs. Tge rooms a decent. The food was OK, though the bar/restaurant staff (Fiona /Katie/Blessing) were also very motivated, polite and engaging with customers. Overall customer care is excellent.

Hello to the team @ Travelodge Donna Alan and Emma were great and very accommodating, kept us informed about when more items will be out and cleared our plates for us! The food was tasty and all facilities were clean and tidy. Warm and welcoming atmosphere

After the refit it is the best it has ever been. Rooms are spotless and food is excellent. After saying that, nothing is perfect and can be improved on. Only downside is it can be a bit noisy outside at night. Ideal base for exploration. Black Country Museum next door, Dudley Castle and Zoo 10 minutes away, and Ironbridge within comfortable driving distance

Excellent service from Gurgeet and Kate thankyou for amazing lunch service with a smile. Will definitely be back again again soon. The new bar cafe is amazing and very inviting. Staff and management team are extremely helpful and accommodate all needs.

Great service from fiona. Great rooms and lovely and clean. Love the fact that you get a free beer for doing a review Shame that people have been smoking by windows in room. Didn't smell but ash in window sill. Not a problem but a great hotel with a good price

First the good point, both Brandon and Blessing are a credit to Travelodge, On the negative side now, on arrival disabled parking bays taken up by vehicles not displaying a blue badge, on arrival to our room we found dust all over storage shelf, shower room not properly cleaned, toilet seat loose, no glasses or beakers in shower room, our room was next to the store room as Nd from approx 4am each morning there was banging of door and loud voices, delivery vehicles right outside our window from approx 6am moving cages and lots of noise, you advertise 24hr reception but notice put up at one point saying this reception is closed in emergency contact, and then a phone number added, I could go on but I will say this was our first ever visit to a Travelodge and it will definitely be our last, we will be going back premier inn.
