Beautiful place, very well maintained and clean. Hot springs and pool all excellent. Great place to go with a family, 5 star service and the staff are very well trained and helpful. Thank you all for a lovely stay. My only feedback would be the amenities are slightly expensive on site as you would expect from this kind of resort.

Probably one of the best resort in Guangdong province. Very private, huge area, 2km hiking route inside the resort, very clean. Would definitely come back.

Imperial Springs is a beautiful hotel set amongst a very serene Guangdong environment. Don't expect lots of busy activity here. Lots of quiet and it's often possible to not meet any other guests for hours at a time. The hot springs were peaceful and empty of people. There are staff on hand offering tea regularly. And it is open till late. To get around the facility you will be driven by a butler. They are always friendly and helpful. As a foreigner in China, I would say that Imperial Springs perfectly blends the experience of being in Guangdong, with aspects of staying in a hotel that will make a Westerner feel at home. I will be recommending it my colleagues and friends. There is both a Chinese food restaurant and a Western food restaurant. The Chinese restaurant did not have a menu available in English. Of course the hotel is a little on the pricey side. A bit cheaper would make the whole experience feel a bit better for customers. As always, it is the staff and people at a hotel that make the experience excellent. Ceci in the restaurant was very attentive and made sure I found some high quality food recommended from the chef. The hotel clearly employes highly professional catering staff. Rako and Michael also gave an excellent welcome tour to the hotel and took the time to drive me around to see the beautiful scenery.

設施：皇家園林般，層林渲染，古樹參天，鳥語花香🌸🐤綠植維護得非常好，真的有種住在故宮園林的感覺。 衞生：房間雖然很大，但是也看得出有段日子的了，不過勝在用料當年還是很考究的 所以哪怕有那麼長的時間了 依然給人感覺到舒適豪華的感覺。面積很大 適合家庭出遊 🙈陽台很多小動物飛來飛去，夠原生態的 不過要注意好關好門和噴好驅蚊水 不然還是很容易中招的🤪😂😂 環境：康樂中心的工作人員是光領工資不幹活的嗎？那天沒有什麼小朋友過去玩不代表可以不工作的吧？！相反人少了更應該提升服務質量啊，一家三口去到那裡玩了大半天了都沒有見一個工作人員 有些康樂設施不會使用想找個人問問都沒有 還以為真的沒有人上班的呢🤔🤔結果看到門口的自行車🚲想着一家三口👩👩👦騎着繞園區到處轉轉 這個時候忽然不知道從哪裡就冒出了一個工作人員説要100塊錢一個小時😲😲😱👎💵💴是需要收費的，嚇我們一跳 原來是🈶人的 😂😂看來這一塊的服務意識和服務培訓要加強了🤔🤪 服務：大部分工作人員都是很禮貌的 不過總感覺不到親切的感覺，都是公式化服務 沒有人性的貼心和暖心，特別是早餐區域的工作人員都非常沒有笑容，去拿東西的時候每一個食物區的工作人員都是機械式服務 不會很好的詢問客人的需要和禮貌性的焦慮早安 這一塊確實太減➖分了😌😌 建議早餐增加品種，廣式的麪點 炒粉炒麪，粥的總類相應多元化一些，這樣超五星級的莊園 這個自助早餐比很多其他等級差的酒店都要遜色 在這一塊還是有很多很多改進的空間的 。一日之計在於晨，早上在這麼美麗的莊園起床，再到優美的餐廳裏享受豐富熱乎 總類豐富的早餐 才是打開一天最正確的方式😍😍希望管理層不要忽視這個其實非常重要的一環，住客的體驗感很多取決於這些細節的😎😎

獨棟的別墅很適合一家大小去，有獨立的温泉池和游泳池，別墅的温泉池是24小時熱的，而且温泉號稱有氡元素，車到大堂三四個工作人員出來迎接，入住後出入都是電瓶車接送，私密性很好，第二天早餐也不錯，本來以為開業十多年的酒店會很舊，但硬件保養的不錯，對得起這個價位，廣州大大小小的温泉都去過了，這算得上廣州的天花板了，等天氣冷了還會再去，特別推薦別墅房！

독립수영장과 야외수영장은 물이 너무 차가워서 이용하기어렵습니다. 호텔내 중식당. 양식당. 일식당 모두 이용해 보았는데 조금 비싸긴해도 모두 맛있었습니다. 조식뷔폐도 맛있습니다. 이왕 오는거 객실에 야외온천이 같이있는 빌라 타입도 괜칞을꺼 같습니다.

一直想來 沒有機會 這次國慶長假帶着爸媽孩子一起度個假 果然沒有失望 居住感受非常好！感覺每年可以來1-2次放鬆一下！ 設施：這次定的別墅 裏面有私人泳池 温泉 幹蒸房 濕蒸房 兩房兩大床！除了我們的別墅 觀景台 博物館 都非常值得去！ 衞生：入住的時候專門清理了泳池 温泉池 然後重新給我們放水 房間也非常乾淨 適合小朋友玩兒 環境：是我個人非常喜歡的中式庭院風格 簡直不要太愛！ 服務：服務周到 出入都有電瓶車接送 非常方便！
