Room was a bit outdated but roomy and proximity to beach and pool was great! Activities center had just opened the day we left but we did see it and it’s going to add to the value of the property! Close to restaurants etc

Plenty of activities for the entire family to include easy access to the beach and an awesome restaurant across the street with beautiful sunset views! No real complaints, we will visit again! As for any downsides; there isn't an outdoor hot tub (may favorite part of vaca).

Very convenient location to all that's desirable in Duck including the beach access, my favorite activity when visiting OBX. The units size are great, but if you're not particular about updated kitchen + bath amenities you'll be fine. This stay the LR's "soft" furniture had been updated. Rest tables, DR, Bdroom. etc. 80s leftovers... plastic furniture on the patio. Lamps have been updated w. Plug-in at base for your own charger power source w. USB. Nice ironing board + clean iron. Great water pressure in Shower. Give them a chance, ask for an updated unit. My bad for not ensuring I'd be placed in one of the few... unsure proportions of new to old at this point. Second season staying here for a week.

this resort is in a prime location in the upper Outer Banks. But it is under construction, and the older units are pretty awful. so it's pretty dicey to know what you're going to get. ours wasn't so good.

My unit smelled of mold. The bedroom doesn’t have black out curtains. The bedroom was filled with sun at sunrise so I couldn’t sleep in. It had internal stairs to get to the bedroom that I didn’t see advertised.The fitness room advertised was finished during my stay. If you choose to stay here bring air freshener, sleeping and scrub pots before using. The dishwasher only seem to rinse pots.

I used to stay at this resort many years back. I liked it then, but it needed many upgrades. Stayed here last week again and was pleasantly surprised at tje new rec center about to open with indoor pool, gym, sauna, game room. Also the units had been uodated and the exterior of the resorts units were upgraded. A new ramp to the beach made it easy to access. I will be back again soon!

Great location in Duck. Recently updated spacious 2 floor condo. Close to private beach access. 2 pools, tennis. Near shopping.

Our unit was large and spacious with new appliances and furniture. We stayed in a 3-bedroom unit with a full kitchen. However, our unit was on the third floor so there are many stairs to climb. Guests must be fit! We were disappointed that the new recreation center was not open so we were unable to swim. The resort is very close to the water and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Pleasant stay, some older units, but they are remodeling them. Our unit was totally upgraded and nice. They are also working on the grounds. We will be back!
