Das Hotel war in einer guten Lage entfernt von den Mengen groß für Familie mit Kindern wie uns. Die Nacht, als wir ankamen, hatten wir ein Problem mit Klimaanlage und das Personal sagte, sie wussten das Problem, und die Luft wurde wieder gestartet und wird gut sein. Ich habe am Morgen den Vorzeigepersonal gesagt und ich hatte nichts zu kompensieren, aber sie konnten das Problem am nächsten Morgen korrigieren. Neben diesem sehr sauberen Frühstück und sauberem Pool und Badezimmer.

Schönes Hotel in den Randgebieten von Dubrovnik. Einfacher Zugang zu alten Stadt regelmäßigen Busservice außerhalb des Hotels. Schönes Zimmer, fantastische Aussichten. Personal, vor allem Toni im Restaurant und George in der Bar, waren brillant. Keine negatives außer Nahrung etwas begrenzte Wahl am Abend. würde definitiv zurückkehren.

This is a lovely hotel, clean rooms with good supply of hot water & easy to control air-con, clean pool, free pool towels and free safe (no deposit required), pleasant and welcoming staff. Great breakfast with lots of choice. The hotel kindly prepared us a packed breakfast one morning as we had booked an early trip. Also they were quite happy to provide us with an early morning call. Live music is provided several nights a week in the pool area and is good, and not overly loud. Poolside food is excellent and not too pricey. There are vending machines in the hotel so you can get cold drinks and snacks at any time, however they do appear to be a bit temperamental. I was concerned before I arrived after seeing some reports of construction work outside the hotel but in my opinion it has little impact on the hotel. The work is being carried out to the harbour road, so there is some disruption to the view of the boats and beyond from the hotel pool area. However in terms of noise, we experienced none during our stay other than a couple of lorries passing along the road. In terms of access, if you turn left outside the hotel gate, you can easily walk into the town on a well made road and footpath. If you turn right, it is rough underfoot and not suitable for high heeled shoes or pushchairs, but anyone wearing flat shoes and able-bodied is fine (but to be honest, there's little need to turn right). The buses run frequently into Old Dubrovnik (2 euros each way) and the bus stop is about a 10 mins amble up the hill on the roundabout (slightly less if you use the steps on the left after the hotel as it's a short cut). Plenty of restaurants up the hill and across the road to the pedestrian walkway to the beach. Lots of choice.

Ein Hotel der Spitzenklasse.Vernünftg große Zimmer, Doppelbett, LED Fernseher, WiFi auch auf dem Zimmer. Ein sehr schönes Badezimmer. Eine schöne, leider noch nicht geöffnete Terrasse am Restaurant. Aber sitzen konnte man dort schon. Ein Buffett der Sonderklasse. Alles frisch zubereitet. Eine Riesenauswahl. Die Kellner und Kellnerinnen sehr aufmerksam. Leere Teller standen nur ganz kurz auf dem Tisch.

Ok so this was my two year delayed honeymoon and I couldn't have been happier with the hotel. I found it to be exceptionally clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, the views were amazing and the food topnotch. We had Bed and breakfast booked, I found the breakfast to be incredibly generous in the options possible. I was so pleased to see a gluten-free section being the daughter of a coeliy, that showed how aware the hotel is of people's needs. One small criticism is how busy it was; in terms of a larger area is needed to accommodate everyone who is staying! The staff also need more help in clearing tables and re-laying them as most people want to be outside. We ate a few of the restaurants and now need to be on a diet at they were exceptional! A shout out to the housekeeper Marina on 7th floor as she is so brilliant and looked after our room and us. It seems not many by guests say hello to her, we always do to all staff and that seemed to make her very happy. All in all an amazing place, thank you Royal Neptun, thank you Dubrovnik and thank you Croatia for amazing times. Use Uber as brilliant and get on the tours as so worth learning about this incredible place.

Das Hotel war in einer tollen Lage ein Busfahrt entfernt von der Altstadt. Aktivitäten werden angekündigt und können im Hotel reserviert werden. Es war großartig für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, erstaunliche Ansichten, sehr sauber und entspannend Spa.

Es sollte ein vier-Sterne-Hotel sein. Der Preis für einen wirklich hohen Aufenthalt im Herbst ist sehr hoch. Das Zimmer ist groß, die Einrichtungen sind komplett, die Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Es bietet jeden Morgen kostenloses Frühstück, obwohl die Sorten nicht reichhaltig sind, kann man Tee essen und es gibt Früchte und Getränke, die alle Arten von Geschmack erfüllen. Das Hotel ist sehr nahe dem Hafen eines Schiffes, es ist eine gewisse Entfernung von den Hauptattraktionen, aber es ist weniger als eine halbe Stunde zu Fuß. Es gibt einen Teil der Straße entlang der Küste und die Landschaft ist wunderschön.

We booked this hotel for almost a week. I would do it again. The only time that you see a person in reception ( a desk) is the day that you check in and check out. Ana is the name of the lady that you see on the first and last day your perfect hostess , very charming . She will give instructions as to how to reach her in case her help is required. You are given a code to enter the hotel and your room, write it down or memorize it. The breakfast is included it and it is not in the premise . You go out and turn right walk one block, cross the street and you’ll have breakfast in that restaurant. The breakfast is good but the same , every day. As for the swimming pool doesn’t look too big . The hotel is very centrally located, take an UBER to the airport more or less $30.
