The Best hotel with good room service and location.

値段の割には部屋は優雅で高級感があり、またソファもあるなど広さも十分で大変良かったです。ただ室内に冷蔵庫はありませんでした。また、下の階にあるバーは中庭もある結構広い店でギネスビールをゆっくり楽しむには良い空間でした。ロケーションについて言えば、ダブリン中心部の繁華街グラフトン・ストリートまで徒歩約10分、観光ツアーの集合場所になるモリー･マローン像まで徒歩約17〜18分の好立地にあります。ダブリン空港からホテルまでタクシーで31ユーロ、タブリン空港までは早朝に走って30ユーロでした（いずれもチップ含まず）。

Прекрасный отель в самом уентре Дублина. За свою стоимость вообще шикарно. До Тринити колледжа 15 минут, до кафедральный собора Святого Патрик всего 10. Рядом много кафешек и магазинов

We came here as a relaxing break away for the August bank holiday we are currently in the room. When we arrived yesterday the room we were giving was in the basement and it has a little window over looking the outdoor smoking area when I say the music and crowds out there until after 1:30am in the morning it felt like they where in our room with us!!! The room was so small and dark and dull as it’s in the basement we had to go down two sets off stairs to come into our room…. So now this morning the cleaner is next door and has woke us up slamming draws and the doors and hoovering this was just after 9am I would have had a better nights rest on the street such a bad service and I will NEVER be back here again!!!!!

We stayed for one night in July on a weekday. We booked a family room for two adults and two children. The room was huge, and not too warm. There was no noise all night (apart from Seagulls!) The shower was lovely and there were plenty of towels. Reception staff were friendly. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is in a very central location in a great area for exploring. We didn't eat here or use the bar but we will next time. I have stayed here before for a gig and I will come back for a family break again. Very happy with our stay.

As an Irish owned inbound tour operator , I had one of my managerial team stay in the Harcourt hotel last week to check out the hotel prior to adding it to our accommodation provider list. Long story short, he was allocated a dreadful bedroom, with an even worse bathroom, with a tiny shower. Food in the evening, fast food only, you might as well go to a fast food joint. Builders started arriving on a construction site outside his bedroom ( room 210) at 5.45am. The entire experience was awful. Add to that, the street itself outside the hotel became what can be described as 'unsafe' in the late evening. For a hotel that describes itself so poetically on their website, it isn't. On a positive note, pleasant staff work there. Advice, stay away.

The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. It is well -positioned for the tram and Dublin’s main sights. However, the noise from the nightclub was unbelievable and completely unacceptable. Do not stay here unless you are going to be at the nightclub yourself. I asked if there was going to be noise from it the night we stayed and was told that there was nothing on that night. Either the hotel worker misunderstood me or was lying. Not a good night, I’m afraid.

This hotel is one tram stop from St. Stephen’s Green and along the nightclub trail. Expect loud music and umpa, umpa beats until 4am. The beds are comfortable. Insist on a room with a window, even though they don’t open. No air conditioning but there is an electric fan in the wardrobe. Don’t bother with the breakfast, you can find better quality for less in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

Horrendous experience. Only stay here if you're happy being kept awake till 2.30am with the noise from their niteclub. The bathroom tiles were actually shaking. Rang reception and were told they couldn't move us and to use ear plugs. Spoke to the manager the next morning and he couldn't care less. Said it's mentioned on their website that they have a niteclub. Never, ever again. Would not recommend. We saved up to have a night away and it was just a horrible experience.

The hotel was shabby, and hot, but the most madding thing was how deafining the music from the restaurant was and how rude and dismissive the front desk staff was. When I say loud, I don't mean that we could just hear it and it was a bit annoying, but so loud that we had to yell at each other to be heard over the band. When I asked if we could change rooms, I was told no, it would end at 10. If I had wanted a table next to the stage, I would have booked it instead of a hotel room

Group of us stayed here for a friends stag do. The hotel stay was perfectly fine and adequate for the purpose. A little old and tired and horrendous noise from construction works across the road but we had a good enough stay. The day after we left, my friend who booked it received an email claiming there was a damaged bed in one of the rooms and that they were keeping the 200 euro security deposit. We did not cause or were aware of any damage when we left. The furniture in the rooms was old and well used. They sent phots of the bed, unless the mattress was taken off you would never have known anything was wrong with it. There was a slight dip on one side of the bed. Just a case of a worn out bed that needed replacing long ago and they have decided to blame us for it and scam us out of 200 euro. Being a stag do we were an easy target. I have found other reviews on tripadvisor saying they had a similar claim of a damaged bed. So it's obviously something they do regularly to get some extra money. Appalling service, Don't stay here! Especially if you’re a stag or hen group.

What a charming hotel and with such lovely staff. Diligent, helpfull, service with an authentic smile. We had such a truly enjoyable stay. Solid bar with occasional live music and cocktails, beer garden - all someone could wish for. Sincere compliments and thanks. Slainthe from the Netherlands.

We stayed here on a hen do, the rooms are a bit hit and miss, if you get one in the basement then it is likely very small and very warm, but some of the other upstairs rooms are big and airy. Very noisy, due to the nightclub below, and the type of trips (hens / stags / friends groups) - when we left late on a Sunday night it was quite interesting! Cleanliness is ok, but bathrooms could do some work. Cheap and cheerful would stay again on a girls weekend- but not one for couples or families.

Went here for a meal & we both ordered the sirloin steak. The waitress didn’t ask how we would like them cooked, we had to call her back and tell her that we wanted them medium to well done. Our meal was given to us on cold plates, and we had to return them both as the steaks were cooked rare!!! The food was literally sitting in a pool of blood on the plate. When we got our meal back, it was still the same, rare & in a pool of blood. We were totally put off so decided not to eat anything and told the waitress( the girl that took our order) that were weren’t happy and we just wanted to pay for our drinks and leave. She became extremely rude and told us that if we didn’t pay for the full meal, that she would be charged for it. Obviously we explained that we weren’t paying for food we didn’t eat & that we weren’t given what we asked for. The waitress needs some serious customer service training . We paid for the two drinks we had and left, and don’t plan on returning.
