It was a pleasant stay...I feel relax staying in this hotel..

Value for money the staff were very humble and kind. We enjoyed the stay

Location is okay but little far from subway station. Room doesn’t have sleepers, comb, teeth brush etc..

There is construction happening right in front of the hotel currently, so lots of drilling at night. Check in and check out takes very long (hotel IT system is slow). Wifi in the room was not good. Smell of the room was old and musty. Good thing is they have a sauna and gym which can be used freely.

真的讓人感到詫異，我的airpods pro落在酒店，定位顯示在酒店，酒店的服務人員卻説沒有看見，我甚至就是酒店人員撿到了，謊稱沒有看見。電郵也不愛回覆，事情也不知道怎麼處理，真的是垃圾到透頂

Tut euch das nicht an..!! Ich war hier für 5 Nächte im ersten Stock untergebracht. In wirklich jeder Nacht bin ich auf Grund der lauten Musik der Unterhaltsungsräumen aufgewacht und konnte im Anschluss nicht mehr schlafen. Die Lärmbelästigung ging immer bis 3 oder 4 Uhr morgens.. Das geht überhaupt nicht und ist unzumutbar! Sowohl der Check-In als auch der Check-Out waren katastrophal. Die Mitarbeiterin beim Check-In nach Mitternacht war nicht in der Lage meinen Namen aus dem Reisepass zu entnehmen und die richtige Buchung rauszusuchen. Der Check-Out war ähnlich skurril. Trotz der Bezahlung im Zuge der Buchung wollte das Hotel nochmals den selben Betrag mit der Begründung das keine Zahlung erfolgen konnte. Ich habe dann den Umsatz meiner Kreditkarte per Mail an das Hotel geleitet. Ich hatte zudem während meines gesamten Aufenthalts das Gefühl, dass bei einige Mitarbeitern Menschen aus anderen Kontinenten nicht gern gesehen werden... Auf gut deutsch, ausländerfeindliches Verhalten… Die Lage fand ich für meine Unternehmen in Ordnung. Bin zur nächsten Metroststion sind es rund 7 Minuten Laufzeit. Mehrere kleine Shops sind in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hotel. Was war gut? - das Zimmer war geräumig - bequemes Bett - das Frühstück war wirklich sehr sehr gut und vielfältig (25 AED pro Person als Buffet) Was war zusätzlich schlecht? - Zimmerreinigung erst am Nachmittag

A budget hotel in the corner of Bur dubai. Location was good but average as it slightly away from Meena Bazaar and other commercial establishments in Bur. The problem is that these places were not at a very short walk but also not too far away for hiring a taxi. The nearest station was Sharaf DG which is about a km away. But all that said, there are a few eateries including vegetarian options nearby. Check-in process takes a long time. The hotel is popular with Indian tour operators and many Indian tourists stay here and accordingly the buffet spread is also typically offers excellent Indian options-completely vegetarian option, however, there is a huge section for continental option also separately with a wide spread of non-veg options. Two mineral water bottles are provided daily. Toiletries offered are bare minimum. All tour operators pickup and drop off options from the hotel. In non-peak season hotel offers, free airport pickup and drop and Desert Safari, with a minimum number of nights. Overall the deal was OK for budget travellers

Spacious rooms. Very clean and neat. Washrooms very clean. Complimentary breakfast delicious with varities.Service very good. Friendly staff. Swimming pool,spa all well maintained. Near to all important sightseeing places.

Overall it was a good hotel with decent facilities. It is a bit far from central dubai but not a problem if you want to take cabs for travel.
