Bad smiles all over the hotel. in addition, the fan/ventilation in each bathroom was not working. There was a leak in the Swage system.
I believe, two stars are More than enough.
The location and breakfast are nice onew.

Останавливались на одну ночь.
1) сам номер в целом комфортный. Всё заявленное было. Тапочки, тарелки, чашки, ложки... Была микроволновка и стиральная машинка - этим не пользовались. Зубной пасты и щётки нет (но в Дубае уже к этому привыкли - в трёх отелях разного уровня были, ни в одном не было). Не очень удобный душ, но приспособились. Перед тем как залезть в ванную - настраивали воду, а то можно на себя холодную/горячую воду включить
2) пляж далеко. Но мы гуляли, поэтому не сильно расстроились
2) метро не близко. По жаре идти было не очень комфортно
3) завтрак. Для уровня такого отеля (а заявлено 5 звёзд) оооочень слабый. Прям очень очень слабый.
4) большой плюс - вид на канал. Очень красиво! Рядом мост - с него тоже вид шикарный и днём и ночью
5) работники очень доброжелательные, были вопросы - на всё отвечали, помогали. При заезде быстро оформили

Sehr guter Blick auf die Marina in Dubai. Gute Service und saubere Zimmer.das Frühstück war gut. Frische omlets und guter caffe. Der Blick von der Bar ist okay. Aber der Blick vom Zimmer Balkon ist wirklich sehr gut. Kann es weiter empfehlen.guter Service an der Bar sehr höflich und nett. Maser

Die Aussicht war sehr sehr schön. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Das Zimmer ist groß, hat eine Küche und Gute Ausstattung. ABER es war viel zu kalt für mein Kind!! Die Raumtemperatur blieb bei 21 grad , wenn die Temperaturanzeige überhaupt richtig ist, uns war sehr sehr kalt und das Hotel hat gesagt sie können nichts an der Temperatur ändern ( „no heating system“) . Die Toiletten haben gestunken!! Es gab keine ausreichende Lüftung. Das Frühstück war Ok aber zu wenig Auswahl. Das Abendessen war lecker.

I like service , it’s very nice. I’m stay two years, and everything is perfect. Room is very comfortable. I’m getting service twice a week. Absolutely amazing. The staff are very friendly, specially Gopy. His doing nice work. He take care of my room always. Whatever we have problems same time he did. Thank you Gopy

A Completely desaster! We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children and when we arrived they told us that the room only had 1 bed and they were sorry but it was what we booked. No solutions, only say they this is a problem of the travel agency. They can not do anything. Never I found a worst service.

Me and may family stayed here for almost 2 months already until now ,we really loved to stay in this hotel everything is good from the reception and especially to the housekeeping team special thanks to diane and elsie my daughter loved them so much and very happy everytime my daughter saw them.Thanks diane and elsie.Me and my husband planning to stay here long.I will surely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

It was our second time visiting the hotel and i must say that the quality of service is consistent, from being hospitable down to being well maintained of the cleanliness of our room. Special commendation to Mam Rose who always keep our room neat and tidy, her customer service is exceptional, as well as to her supervisor Mr. Dennis who’s doing great on his task.

Room was spacious. Comfy bed. Easy to get around from the hotel. All staff were so helpful. The cleaners were so polite and friendly, especially Gopi who made sure I enjoyed my stay and made sure our room was clean and tidy. Thank you so much :-)

Disgusting hotel, we booked a sea view and the pictures shows sea view room but they charged us extra for it and said the pictures are of another room, the details don't mention any kind of view. Completely deceiving and they taxed us twice. stay away.

My husband and I are compelled to share a disheartening experience with this hotel that highlights their rigid policies and lack of customer empathy, especially during crises. Recently, during the historic flooding in Dubai—an event characterized as the worst in 75 years—my attempts to reach the hotel were thwarted by severe road closures and unsafe travel conditions. Despite proactively contacting the hotel four times to explain the extreme situation and seek a rebooking rather than a refund, their response was astonishingly indifferent and unyielding. The hotel steadfastly refused to waive the cancellation fee or to offer any credit for future use, citing policy adherence over customer circumstance. This rigid adherence to policy in the face of a natural disaster not only reflects a deep disregard for customer service but also highlights a concerning prioritization of profits over people’s safety and well-being. It’s disheartening to encounter such greed and inflexibility, and I urge potential guests to consider this experience as a testament to the hotel’s approach to customer care under extraordinary circumstances.
