The worst one I’ve been to, we extended our stay on this hotel. We called the front desk and he asked us to book through online and that’s what we did. We gave him our confirmed booking number. Then later that day, they just open our door. Good thing that we double locked the door with the swing bar. Just to tell us to pay the 15aed additional charge.

I have no complaints about this hotel, it was clean, with easy check in, the bed was super comfortable, the bath was nice but drained of it's own accord. Location was fine, really close to the airport.

Location is perfect next to burjumn mall. Lots of restaurants nearby. Metro 200 yards away. Did not use it. Plenty of taxis available. Very vibrant area.

Service is the worst, if you're travelling and want to have a good time. I would really suggest not to book this hotel and not through trip.com. because you cannot change or you won't have any options.

Very conveniently location. Next is the hypermarket and has many great restaurants all in walking distance. Is near all amenities and access to MTR. The room is rather small and is clean overall.

This hotel is in a good location, it’s accessible to Burjuman mall and quite close from Burjuman metro station. In addition, it’s clean and it has a good service.

A very budgeted hotel. Advantage is Just close to the mall and train station. Room and bed were ok. But the air freshener is too strong..
