Der Service an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und auch sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sauber und schön. In dem gemütlichen Bett konnten wir gut schlafen. Das Hotel hat eine optimale Lage. Die Innenstadt (B. K., die Mall etc.), ist zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen.

Rooms are good.............excellent service from housekeeping.I had a great stayed here ......will recommend my friends and families as well.The location is near to the metro station........and so warm hospitality,........difenitely i will comeback soon.

Nice hotel but make sure you stay on the upper floors as construction was going on and was loud! The staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast buffet and menu was out of this world. The lounge chairs were king size and fun to relax on. Great location for the Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa.

I had a beautiful experience with Vida downtown on the New Year's Eve... it was the best location, and the Hospitality experience was mesmerizing. Rooms are beautiful, clean and everything is so amazing in this hotel. One of my best experiences.

I can only describe this hotel as the best. I was privileged enough to stay at this gorgeous property. It only gets more breathtaking as you walk in. The staff at this place were all great. Great hospitality. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The location is top notch. You get the most mesmerizing view of the Burj. The bed was super comfy. I will always stay at this property whenever i am travelling to or through. Love the charm of this hotel. Does not give you the routine chain hotel vibe at all. The amenities provided inside the room makes you feel like you are cared for. It is the perfect stay if you are travelling with your family.

I would highly recommend this hotel. I stayed in this property with my family early this month Jan 2024. The staff are amazing and i was very much impressed with he hospitality. The hotel is situated in the most popular part of Dubai with easy access to all the major restaurants and mainly Dubai Mall. The hotel is equipped with all necessary amenities and is perfect to stay with family. The house keeping and front office staff were very helpful. The best part of my stay that I would like to highlight is the Burj view. I would definitely visit the property again and would highly recommend the same to my friends and family.

Located in Downtown and is close to Dubai Mall and has the beautiful view of Burj Khalifa and business bay canal with easy access to all restaurants and retails in Downtown. I was impressed with the professional service and amazing hospitality from the entire staff and housekeeping is always available upon request. I would highly recommend for short and long stays especially for families as the Residence is equipped with kitchen and other appliances. It has all the necessary amenities under one roof.
