Nice family place , near to beach restaurants park and fast food. Before booking must check free cancellation offer for any UN for seen and also book hotel 30 to 40 days in advance. Always reach hotel near check-in time otherwise you have to wait long . Beach towels are free 😊 beach mattresses are 😊. Very cooperative and accommodating staff, Waleed is a nice guy from Pakistan who entertains nicely and he is well behaved and nice hotel guy. Overall my experience is 10/10.

Sehr sauberes und grosszügiges Hotel an zentraler Lage. Alles ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar (Strand, Restaurants, Bars und Souk Medinat). Das Personal (Mohan) ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Komme sehr gerne wieder. Ob für Ferien oder Arbeit ein Idealer Platz.

Das Beach Walk Boutique Hotel ist super gelegen, es sind nur wenige Meter zum Strand. Das Hotel ist gut ausgestattet und das Frühstück lecker und preislich akzeptabel. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen - die Bäder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Insgesamt aber eine Empfehlung...

Clean, quite, cosy, welcoming and spacious. Reception team are always very helpful and kind. I have stayed here multiple times and my family as well. Love everything about this hotel, can’t recommend it enough. Especially remember the Indian gentleman who speaks fluent Russian and a recent addition to their team, an uzbek gentleman.

Excellent and wonderful stay for it's category.

This was our first stay at the Beach Walk Boutique Hotel, which came about after hearing such great reviews from two sets of friends that had done staycations there. It is such a quiet, cosy hotel that has 21 rooms and makes it the perfect little getaway. We stayed in the Executive rooms and WOWZA, it was really well managed inside and plenty of room. The highlight of this hotel is that it is a 5 minute walk to Jumeirah Beach 🏖️

Having spent a week at BEACH WALK HOTEL in Dubai I feel I should share my fantastic experience. This was my first trip to Dubai and there were so many hotels to choose from. I was seeking an overdose of Vit D, warm water, stunning beaches and nearby restaurants serving middle eastern food which I love. What a bonus as all the above were a short walk from my well located hotel. I have yet to stay at a hotel that ticked all the boxes. All the hotel staff were amazing from Mr Daniel the Manager to each and everyone of his staff who could not be more helpful. Towels for the beach were available at reception, as were beach umbrellas.

I'll agree with what was previously mentioned. Great value, great beach location but breakfast substandard. Lovely staff though. It's a little further away from the metro line so you'll be using busses or Careen taxis. The area is best suited for youth providing services like E-Scooter rentals, Jetski tours and sailing trips. If your a jogger the promenade comes with your own running lane !

We had great vacation in beach walk boutique hotel. I really like this location! 5 minutes to Kite Beach. Clean nice room. There is jacuzzi on the 2 floor. Nice view to BURJ al Arab. On the first floor there is a beautiful cafe! I really like meal in this place. I will recommend!

Cute little hotel & spacious family room. We have enjoyed our stay. Location is great, 5 min walk to the Burj Arab public beach. Lots of cafes and restaurant around. Waitrose supermarket approx 7 min drive, Kite beach approx 10 min drive. Hotel is suitable for people who like to go out to explore. Would not recommend for relax, as hotel doesn’t have restaurant, bar or swimming pool. Our room was nice and spacious. Can be noise from the cars on the road so if you are bad sleeper I would not stay there. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you
