Was good. Cold, but great breakfast. Functioned well. Great simple food nearby.

The room was clean and spacious enough. Our room was facing the street, so there was no view. The breakfast spread was good, with a wide variety and of good standards. The only downside was the charge of about 400k Vnd for checking in early at 10am. I think that is rather steep, while normally in the hotels I went to in the past, there would be no charge if the room would have been vacant already.

The room was great. It very cozy.. location is good near to some must go scenery in sapa. Great place to stay. Nice view. Just add pillow. And deluxe room need elevators too. And be true as per booking that room booked should have fireplace. Though aesthetic. But be specific. But overall a great place to stay

Tôi ở căn family trên tầng 7 hệ thống thoát nước nhà tắm lại tràn ra ngoài. Sân không có người dọn lá bẩn, hoa tàn. nhân viên dọn tầng trên đổ nước xuống tầng dưới tí nữa. Nhân viên hỏi mãi mới nói 1 câu, chậm. Tôi có nhân viên trực mà gọi điện cho lễ tân không được. Khách sạn giống như nhà nghỉ hơn là khách sạn 3 sao và không đáng giá hơn 1triệu5/1 đên

Decent hotel , nice interior in the hallways and very clean however breakfast was a let down. The choice was not great and don’t believe them when they say breakfast starts at 6am - we had a bus to catch early in the morning at 7am and we were pinning our hopes on being able to get breakfast at 6am (which they state breakfast starts at) however having sat there for half an hour until 6:30am waiting for the breakfast to get set up , it still wasn’t out. This is a huge disappointment and let down as we were left with no breakfast, about to get on a 6 hour bus. Would be helpful if the timings were accurate and not promising a time that they can’t deliver.

We stayed here for 3 nights, in the double room + Sky Villa on the 6th floor. The entire hotel is well decorated and cosy. My favourite part is the view from the restaurant on the 7th floor when having breakfast - looking out to the clouds in the valley, and the sunrise coming up over the mountain ridges. There is a wide range of local and Western cuisine at breakfast. The lift only goes up to level 7 of the hotel. and the hotel staff May was very responsive to our enquiry to ensure that our rooms are booked on a lift-accessible level. The hotel is a short walk from the town centre (Sun Plaza, Stone Church) and also possible to hike downhill for a while to the entrance of Cat Cat Village.

Artistic hotel with great customer service, a stunning mountain view and modern art pieces. We stayed at the top floor with an amazing view, note that there are some stairs. Rooms were cosy, with spacious bathrooms. Limited options for lunch and dinner, however, short walks to the town centre. Staff were helpful and friendly.

We stayed here for 3 nights and we had a really enjoyable stay. The hotel has a really tranquil and serene feel about it with artwork displayed on the stairs and throughout. We stayed in room 601 which had a balcony and the most beautiful views of the mountains. We enjoyed looking out to see the mountains and rice paddy fields in the distance. The staff are so helpful and are on it - opening doors, providing recommendations and Maye on reception was massively helpful and booked some bus tickets for us which we really appreciated and answered lots of questions we had about what to do during our stay. Our room was spacious with a good sized bathroom, a comfortable bed with fresh and crisp linen. The pillows were fantastic and so comfortable compared to other hotels we had stayed in. We had a kettle, coffee and a safety deposit box. There was plenty of space to store clothing and there was a small table and chairs to sit and admire the view outside. The hotel also provided toiletries and it felt clean throughout and home from home. Breakfast was reasonable with European options as well as local, and the staff were so sweet and friendly. Breakfast is on the 7th floor with the most impressive views of the mountains so bring your camera! One small thing was that on our balcony, there was only a table and no chairs to sit. It would be nice to have been able to sit outside. Overall, we had a fantastic and comfortable stay and it’s full marks from us.

A lot of hotels are with similar names and it is really difficult to find this hotel from the road. Easier to check for the serial number (46 Fansipan) while searching for it. The hotel looks amazing after we reach 7th floor by taking lift. The hotel staffs are very polite and check-in was swift. We wanted the higher floor rooms, so we were offered 9th floor rooms with great view. Please note that the lift only goes upto 7th floor. The hotel staff helped us to carry our suitcases. We had A/C with heating and cooling. The view from the room was really amazing and it makes it worth to spend money and stay in this hotel. All hotel staffs were smiling and polite while talking. There is small bar but guests were not using as it may need for branding and awareness about the items available. Room wifi was good. We requested for additional pillow for our baby, the house-keeping department immediately sent it to us. Breakfast was good but limited choice. The chef was making omlette and noodles as per order. There are few restaurants, shops, spa, etc. on the street outside the hotel. The hotel is at the Walking distance to the Fansipan tram station. Water in around 20 L jar are kept near the staircase. Bathroom was clean and modern. As it was difficult to get grab taxi, the reception staff helped us to book the taxi. All hotel staff helped to keep our luggage in the car. Super thank you for that help. Overall, amazing stay at this hotel. We will recommend this hotel and memorable stay and will definitely stay here again in future.

It was a nice hotel with big rooms and bathroom! The location was pretty good and the staff were courteous. The hotel provides free breakfast in the morning too.! The rooftop restaurant where you eat gives absolutely gorgeous views of SAPA!

What a beautiful hotel - full of interesting art work and stained glass. We had a fantastic 4 night stay here and were given a wonderful welcome from the moment we arrived. The lady at reception was so helpful and kind as were the other staff throughout our stay. They advised us on hiring motorbikes with suggestions as to where to visit etc. Our room was a good size, well appointed and very clean. The laundry service was excellent - cheap and very fast. The views from our rooms were fantastic and the hotel’s location was perfect for us. On the last day we were catching a bus back to Hanoi and unbeknown to me I had left my Kindke e-reader in my room. The cleaner found it, reception rang us and were on their way to the bus stop but unfortunately we’d just left so they said they would send it to our hotel in Hanoi which they did and I received it in a couple of days. I think this says it all about the Galerie d’Art - their care and kindness. Thank you all for a great stay!

We had a comfortable stay at the hotel’s sky villa. Rooms were spacious and clean, equipped with AC for warm or cold seasons. Rooms had smart TVs with Netflix. Our room had excellent views of the mountains although the daily mist obscured the view on most days during our visit. Breakfast was good. Take note that the lift goes to level 7 only. Higher level rooms have the best views but accessible by flights of stairs. The street the hotel is on has many restaurants, convenience marts and apparel shops. Walking distance to the Fansipan tram station. Excellent service staff as well!

Nice updated room . We booked the sky villa #02 . 2 bedrooms 2 ensuite baths . 1 living room . This is the 3rd hotel we stayed at and the only one that actually matched the online description and actually nicer in real life . More than expectations and I am usually very picky . The view from our room is breathtaking!!!
