ANA Crowne Plaza Kobe, an IHG Hotel Bewertungen

Es liegt direkt a Shin Kobe , somit ist es ideal für einen kurzen Trip wenn man mit dem Shinkansan (JR Pass die meisten Verbindungen sind über Shin Kobe). Der Weg dorthin ist überdacht. Sehr viele Etagen somit genießt man eine Tolle Aussicht. Zimmer sind alt aber sauber- für was ich gezahlt habe war es in Ordnung. Man bekommt weitere Pflegeprodukte welche als Schlafhilfe geeignet sind- das fand ich recht nett. Front desk Personal war in Ordnung. Bell Desk Personal war sehr freundlich. Loungewear ist nicht dabei. Swimmingpool kostet extra. All in all war es ganz in Ordnung.

room wasn't that bad, I love the view from your window but the hallways smelled funky. some parts of the hotel might need more air conditioning.

Well, hotel is next to metro/shinkansen Shinkobe . Not much choice for eating around there after 9:00pm Full of dirt mark on the Carpet…… Facilities/room/equipments are a bit old ….. Better stay near Sanomiya rather than Shinkobe

this hotel situated in very good location beside Shin Kobe Station which can get you to anywhere such as Osaka, Kyoto, Himeiji, even Tokyo. The hotel is consider rather big as compared to local Japanese hotel. Services & breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended.

Great location and a great stay. The room was very clean. The view from the room was beautiful. The breakfast was very good. The staffs were helpful.

Initially there were issues with being booked into a smoking room accidentally. The first staff did not assist and had no solution, however afterwards we found another lovely lady who assisted with moving to a non-smoking room.

The location of the hotel is great and connected with Shinkansen station. However, the hotel features are outdated. The breakfast is excellent with several good options.

The location is near new KOBE station and the staff are nice attitude of service.

Good size with twin beds. Excellent location near to train station and cable car station. Highly recommended.

Just next to the herb garden and one subway station away from Motomachi happening area. Breakfast is fantastic. (There is traditional Japanese and Western choice, we took both on different days) View from the room is marvelous and can view the sunrise.

It’s a decent hotel but it is absolutely in need of an entire renovation as the rooms are very very dated

Breakfast is great and delicious. Variety of Japanese and western styles.

All the staff were very polite and welcoming. The check in and check out procedure was fast even though there was a lot of people queueing, it took me 5 minutes to finish that process. The staff were very helpful to bring my luggage up to my room. The room was small, but it was very comfortable to stay. The view from the hotel room was extremely nice. I booked this hotel because I would like to use the swimming pool, but I didn’t know that I need to pay entrance fee in order to use their swimming pool. The view from the gym and the swimming pool was extremely beautiful.  I recommend this hotel to you all because all the transportation and convenience store are exactly near the hotel (Shikensen 新幹線/ local subway 地下鐵/ local bus) there’s a lot of attraction near the hotel as well. Some special information: if you would like to use the swimming pool, they will charge you around 2000 yen or more need to check it in their website ;)
