We love this hotel. The staff, especially STEVE is the absolute BEST! It is conviently located next to Miami international which is a walk away and very close to Dolphin mall and Walmart and lots of food places. The shuttle service is top tier. My only issue is the $50 a day security fee which is quite costly as we spend quite a lot of time there....mostly a week at a time and it cannot be paid in cash so it ties our money up quite a bit. Wouldn't mind a flat fee of $100 a stay.

I received 4 text messages asking if I needed anything extra for my stay. I wanted extra coffee and creamer in my room
I also made same request when I placed a room service order.
I never received what I requested.
Don’t bother sending a text if you aren’t going to action or reply.

I travel very frequently and stay at many hotels. Hilton does not disappoint. From how amazingly clean it was to the attentive staff. You feel taken care of. What I love is that when you arrive they make sure everything is to your satisfaction, they give you a Cookie (which is great after a day of driving or flying), your room has complementary water , the room is extra chilly (amazing in this Florida weather), & your room IMMACULATE . 10/10 loved this stay .

Not close to restaurants which proved difficult as the shuttle was NOT reliable! We actually waited 60 minutes for shuttle which never showed up despite assurances from phone calls to hotel stating that it would be there “ in a few minutes “. Our closet door mirror had a VERY nasty stain caused by a human male, although cleaned by staff it left a very unpleasant view of hotel room. There was an extremely loud party with music which was still going on at 01:30 keeping us awake, we rang down to ask that this was addressed.Front desk staff pleasant and tried hard with everything, they make the hotel welcoming.
