Ein weiterer Besuch in den Earl von Doncaster für meinen 60. Geburtstag als eine Behandlung wurde von Willie und Emma nachgesehen. Nachmittags Tee für uns diese Zeit und was eine Behandlung es war. Nichts war zu viel Schwierigkeiten, Artikel auf unseren Platten hinzuzufügen oder zu wechseln. Endlose Mengen an Tee oder Kaffee zu keinem zusätzlichen Preis. Essen war fabulös sehr geschmackvoll und reichlich. Alles Personal war fabulös und eine große Überraschung, als der Roboter mir den glücklichen Geburtstag sang und lieferte meinen Kuchen. Ich würde sehr empfehlen. Wir werden wieder zurück sein 🎂

Wir blieben hier die Nacht, bevor wir von Robin Hood Flughafen fliegen und was ein Gestein eines Hotels! Personal ging oben und darüber, um unseren Aufenthalt wieder und komfortabel zu machen. Simon der dienstleiter war sehr freundlich und hilfreich! Simon hat unsere Bedürfnisse beeinträchtigt und uns näher gekommen, um unseren Transport zum Flughafen mit uns aus zu fragen! Der Kundenservice, den wir erhalten haben, war viel größer als jedes andere Kettehotel, auf dem wir verblieben haben. Das Frühstück hat eine umfangreiche Auswahl und obwohl es am Morgen besetzt war, wurde es sehr gut verwaltet! Das Zimmer war komfortabel und erfüllt alle unsere Anforderungen für unseren Aufenthalt. Insgesamt eine schöne Nacht weg, bevor wir auf Urlaub gehen! Danke!

Von der Ankunft am Mittwoch Abend wurde ich von sehr freundlichem Personal an der Rezeption begrüßt, das meine Check-in sehr schnell verarbeitet und mich in Richtung meines Zimmers richt. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut vorgestellt. Für ein Budget Hotel ist dieses Hotel sehr wertvoll.

Stayed here for one night to break a journey up, fantastic hotel & incredibly nice staff - especially reception. We stayed In room 415 which was in a separate block lovely room & very very spacious. Breakfast was the letdown / not much choice & items had been eaten not replaced.

WE HAD A FRIDGE The toilet sit had some soap smudge on it and initially thought is something else but if foamed when tried to clean it (I always have sanitizer with me as is only human to miss a spot and do a mistake. Didn't kill me cleaning that myself. Housekeeping job ain't easy. Bless you all. Just keep a better eye to avoid Karen type❤️) The receptionists were all friendly and happy to assist me with both check in and check out. We absolutely loved our room and the view was magnificent. The dawn was heavenly seen from our window❤️ What I loved the most was the fact that in the room we had a FRIDGE. Many hotels don't have that anymore and imagine having a room without a fridge with this heatwave going on 🥵 I will attach a photo with our beautiful view🤩 This hotel will be my top choice whenever I'll need a room around the area. Clean room, clean hallway, clean reception area. Please keep an eye for the accessible rooms. Read all description and detail before booking as they have special rooms for people with a health condition and the room will have some things at a low level to the ground. Will be your fault for not choosing the right room not the hotel's as you need to read description always. Don't take it out to the staff for your own mistake😊 Seen a lot complaining about that, as I've seen also about the rooms accessible and didn't understand the term initially, until I went through the details. After reading the details I knew exactly what room I need to book and what would not be convenient for me🙌 Bless you all and hope this review will be of help to some of you at least 😊
