Die Anlage ist toll, sehr weitläufig und total in der Natur eingebettet! Die Holzhäuser sind recht neu, es ist wie „glamping“. Der Spielplatz ist super toll aus Holz und der Pool riesig (könnte aber öfters gereinigt werden). Es gibt einen kleinen Kinderpool und eine großen Pool! Davor ist direkt die Terrasse vom Restaurant und ein wenig darunter der Spielplatz! Also kann man auch nach dem Abendessen nochmal spielen! Das Essen im „Western Restaurant“ sehr gut! Wir haben das Steak gegessen und es war echt gut! Genauso wie die Burger und Salate! Es gibt einen kleinen Miniclub mit Bällebad und Rutsche! Wir können das Resort für Familien weiterempfehlen!

Wir hatten einen großen Aufenthalt, das Zimmer war groß, komfortabel und sehr sauber. Kinder genossen alle Aktivitäten an der Stelle. Die Hotelgrundlagen sind erstaunlich, und es ist in der Nähe von Fußgängern vom Dorf. Wir hatten einen englischsprachigen Kundenvertreter, Rachel, der großartig war, weil sie uns bei Bedarf einen Fehler bestellt und auch andere praktische Fragen beantwortet hat. Der einzige Komplex war der Service im westlichen Restaurant, wir warten sehr lange auf unser Essen und es gab viele Missverständnisse... aber sonst empfehle ich Ihnen, in diesem Hotel zu bleiben!

Good for taking beautiful photos for the social media but rather poor user experience. Aesthetics of this place are good, some corners are really charming. Still it is the comfort that we value the most in a hotel as well as the quality service and unfortunately they are not at the same level of the aesthetics. The room is huge but there is no sofa or chairs to sit and chat comfortably, just the two enormous heavy armchairs in the opposite corners of this long room. No mini bar/fridge, very poor lighting at the wash basin, impossible to do makeup. Zero privacy in the wc and shower since there are no actual doors there, just some short saloon style doors hanging in the middle, letting out the water from the shower and odors from the toilet. No hangers for the towels. No bathrobes provided which is strange for the hotel who’s main entertainment facility is the outdoor pool. At the outdoor pool there are very few deck chairs and no umbrellas at all. The communication was poor, mostly over wechat, since the staff speaks basically no English. We have asked twice, in advance, about the vegetarian option for breakfast and still they brought us meat in the breakfast set (only Chinese style food is available). Altogether the experience was rather disappointing. Glad to have booked just one night there. As for the surroundings, there is no access to the bamboo forest behind the hotel or across the road. And beware of the aggressive unleashed dogs in the village across the road if you decide to go for a stroll near the hotel.

酒店環境優雅高級，高端酒店多但是審美這麼好的酒店確實少見。很多配色軟裝都可見用心，就連酒店的香味也都很特別。 服務人員都特別熱情友善，從入住之前就能感受到他們的專業能力。前台小紅特別耐心熱情，管家和其他工作人員也都非常和善客氣。非常值得肯定的一點是在入住過後就多次詢問過是否滿意有無意見，這比退房後循例問顯得有誠意很多。 最驚喜的是酒店的餐廳，其實之前對酒店自帶的餐廳期望並不高，但是最後一共吃了四頓，餐餐都是非常好吃，紅燒肉，臭豆腐，雞湯都味道很棒！早餐雖然品種不多但都是精品，米線的湯底也都非常贊。 總之這是近期入住最滿的酒店，七月不算特別熱的日子也算運氣很不錯，特別開心

Ich habe uns den Zimmertyp erhöht, sehr sauber, das Frühstück schmeckt gut, und die Umkleide. Die kleine Bruderin ist sehr intim, sehr geeignet für Urlaub, rund um den Berg, die Landschaft im Dach ist perfekt, Warten Sie auf die zweite Frühling und Sommer!

江浙滬的民宿已經next level了！！這次去莫干山挖到一家香草主題的民宿🌿✨直接治癒了我的精神內耗！！一推門就被香草精油的香氣撲了滿懷🍃整個空間都是滿滿的森系治癒風 從空間佈局到花藝細節都好美！主理人審美真的絕絕子 隨手拍都是大片！一進門的户外這個嬉水池💦真的好像在度假的感覺！泡在池邊喝咖啡發呆太chill了！！ 他們家的私湯温泉泡池我要吹爆！！超有氛圍♨️各種香草包可以自己製作！ 房間裏全是香草主題的治癒小物： 🌿香草安睡枕 🌿香草筋絡錘 🌿自製香草茶 植物控真的狂喜！！ 香薰DIY工坊！！幾十種精油隨便選！小哥哥手把手教調香！調了個助眠香薰蠟燭🕯️現在每天睡超香！！ 早餐也超用心🍽️食材都是自家香草園種的 晚上步行5分鐘就到螢火蟲基地✨ 現在正好是觀賞季！！漫天螢火蟲浪漫到哭😭

What a wonderful place this is. We stayed for 3 nights and extended for another night because we enjoyed the stay so much. The hotel is beautifully decorated, giving off a warm and inviting vibe. The manager Ah Cheng took such good care of us, helping us to plan our itinerary in the area, cooking for us when the chef was out, advising us about our next travel destinations. On top of that, he is an expert tea brewer, and we had some wonderful sessions learning to taste tea with him.

In Bezug auf die Ausstattung: Der Stil ist sehr einzigartig und erkennt an, dass der Boss eine Person mit einem guten Geschmack ist. Die Luft ist sehr gut, in der Nähe des Berges, der Service ist enthusiastisch und aufmerksam, das Zimmer ist in jedem Ecke sehr sauber, weiße Bettwäsche, weiße Teppiche, saubere Sofa, die Handtücher sind sehr sauber und sauber, ein Freizeit-Ort

Ich bin am Wochenende auf dem Mogan Mountain gekommen, um sich zu entspannen. Ich wähle das Zimmer ”Schlaf”. Es ist sehr geruchsbereit, wie im Garten in meinem Haus. Ich habe eine private Suppe draußen. Das Wetter ist sehr angenehm, um den Nachmittag zu essen. Der Platz für die Volksaktivitäten ist auch besonders groß. Die Negativschicht kann private Filme, Schildkröte beobachten, und drei kleine Katzen und Katzen begleitet werden. Die Hauptfrau Red ist auch besonders enthusiastisch.
