Deqing Designerhotels

We enjoyed our stay very much. The cabin was exactly as pictured. They had the heat on prior to our arrival which was most appreciated. It was nice to have a closet area with hangars and shelves in the main bedroom. The mattress was super comfy, unlike many hard mattresses we have experienced in some places in China. All staff personnel were extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We used WeChat to communicate very easily. They were ready to be helpful with anything, from getting a ride to and from the cabin when requested, arranging a water activity even during off-peak season, remembering our preferences from one day to the next in the western restaurant , offering to make food that we might like...Definitely at the top of being the best customer service we have experienced in our travels. We were very appreciative of that.

Good for taking beautiful photos for the social media but rather poor user experience. Aesthetics of this place are good, some corners are really charming. Still it is the comfort that we value the most in a hotel as well as the quality service and unfortunately they are not at the same level of the aesthetics. The room is huge but there is no sofa or chairs to sit and chat comfortably, just the two enormous heavy armchairs in the opposite corners of this long room. No mini bar/fridge, very poor lighting at the wash basin, impossible to do makeup. Zero privacy in the wc and shower since there are no actual doors there, just some short saloon style doors hanging in the middle, letting out the water from the shower and odors from the toilet. No hangers for the towels. No bathrobes provided which is strange for the hotel who’s main entertainment facility is the outdoor pool. At the outdoor pool there are very few deck chairs and no umbrellas at all. The communication was poor, mostly over wechat, since the staff speaks basically no English. We have asked twice, in advance, about the vegetarian option for breakfast and still they brought us meat in the breakfast set (only Chinese style food is available). Altogether the experience was rather disappointing. Glad to have booked just one night there. As for the surroundings, there is no access to the bamboo forest behind the hotel or across the road. And beware of the aggressive unleashed dogs in the village across the road if you decide to go for a stroll near the hotel.

非常糾結的一次評價，不知道酒店業主能否看到，外部環境、內部設計、酒店文化都符合房價，尤其是審美相當高級，原法國山居和莫幹山當地文化結合的很好。衝著這些還會再來，但有幾點問題真的建議改善： 1、員工培訓，建議佩戴胸牌，深灰色風衣加自己的衣服鞋子根本看不出來誰是員工，碰到好幾次員工在玩手機看到我們的時候突然一驚，住宿全程衹有前台一個戴眼鏡的女孩特別在工作的狀態，大大好評，但是沒有工牌也不知道她叫什麼名字…後來刷小紅書的時候看到其他客人還有伴手禮，攜程的訂單裏也有體現，但是我們並沒有收到，説明入住退房流程還是有漏洞。 2、早餐模式，其實早餐非常好，沙拉異常新鮮，麪和餛飩都是原湯。但是在早餐品種相對少且餐廳原本沒有設定自助餐枱的情況下，點單制其實會更簡單。自助餐枱的廚師都是周圍村鎮的阿姨，熱情的同時往往掌握不好對客的尺度。 3、對商拍需要有一些限制，同行的一組商拍客户從入住開始一直在拍，本來就小的主樓公區椅子上、角落裡都是他們的衣服，第二天早上吃完早飯想去餐廳旁的酒廊坐會兒，直接佔用了整個酒廊，衹能無奈走開，非常非常影響體驗。 4、增加酒店內部體驗，作為來度假的客人，其實在這樣的酒店環境內並不想離開酒店度假，但是酒店內部可以休閑的地方實在有限，之前的酒廊改成了一個純休息打卡拍照的地方，其實誰能拒絕在山裡的晚上小酌一杯呢？看到酒店有spa但是工作人員全程沒有對我們有任何推薦和介紹，根本不是知道spa在哪裡… 酒店是否能留住客人往往就在細節處，希望下次來會有所改善。

每年都要來莫幹山度假至少五次，住遍了莫幹山大大小小各種民宿，對於三秋非常滿意。 優點： 1. 地理位置滿意，距離鎮中心開車大概20分鐘，幾乎沒有遊客，也沒有大大小小的咖啡店，整個村子還是沒有太濃的商業氣息的，有種回到了七八年前的莫幹山的感覺。個人是比較喜歡商業氣息不濃的小村的，也因此放棄了幾個以前經常去的民宿。 2. 設施滿意：房間夠大 適合親子 3. 服務滿意： 工作人員都很友好，有求必應。 4. 寵物友好：加分 5. 餐食滿意：早餐晚餐都好吃。 小小缺點： 1. 個人感覺枕頭有些不舒服 2. 衞生間沒有足夠的取暖，衹有個浴霸吹暖風取暖，但是晚上開着的話就會吵，感覺天氣再冷些的話，晚上起來上廁所會很冷，建議店家可以考慮個裝在牆上的取暖片，這樣就100%完美了！ 3. 有注意到沒有認真掃地，我們第一晚晚餐不小心掉在地上的蝦殼，到我們走時候還沒有被清理掉😂 總結： 還會再來！

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at this family-owned hotel. Beautiful spacious building, stunning Mountain View, quiet rural area. It’s located quite close to Moganshan and all scenic areas can be easily reached. We received a very warm greeting from the hosts who were super caring and kind, thank you! Will definitely come back.

Die geografische Lage des Volksabends ist gut, sehr nahe vom Platz des Wu Village und nur eine Minute zu Fuß. Die Umweltdekoration ist sehr einfach und Mode, der Service ist auch sehr aufmerksam und wird empfohlen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut mit Teigöl 👍

服務細節滿分的民宿。 來莫幹山和朋友選擇的這家民宿，房間寬敞明亮，每個角落都顯現出房東的用心和品位，入住體驗非常驚喜。 而且民宿距離莫幹山景區很近很方便，民宿的娛樂設施也挺多的，晚上和朋友打了麻將，還放了一些煙花超好看！之後體驗了一下天文望遠鏡看看月亮星星！真的很美。如果用兩個字形容這次入住體驗 ，絕對是意外的驚喜；如果還有下一次來莫幹山，還會毫不猶豫的訂這家

Amazing location with good views, but not comfortable for travelers who want to see more places. Hard to get taxi, need use local driver usually . Stuff is friendly and always want to help. Minus - doesn’t have many options for breakfast, with price politic of this hotel breakfast should have more choices. And stuff seems forgot about bonuses which supposed be included for free, they asked for extra fee.
