Wir waren für 1.5 Woche. Gute Erfahrung in allem, außer dem Valet Parkpreis. Aber Delray Beach hat viele Parkplätze kostenlos (auch für Übernachtung).

All great reviews except the air went out while I was preparing for my son's wedding. 79 degrees in my gown and my husband's tux. Every night there were charges on my room, and I had to spend time at the front desk to clear them up. I had one car and they continued to charge me for 2. Overall this hotel was magnificent! These things happen. I would definitely recommend it!

Das Hotel liegt an der 95iger nach Miami und war ideal zum Übernachten. Das Zimmer geräumig. Leider war vor dem Zimmer die ganze Technik der Klimaanlage und der Lärm war etwas störend. Für uns war’s ok, da wir keinen leichten Schlaf haben. Betten waren gut, alles sauber. Gefrühstückt haben wir nicht.

Meine Top-Bewertung vom 03. März 2020: 95% davon stimmen nun nicht mehr, nach diesem aktuellen Aufenthalt: 6 unkomfortable Wochen mit dem Charme einer Jugendherberge. Room-Service: Nur alle 4 Tage, wenn man Glück hat, sonst: Betten machen, frische Handtücher am Front-Desk selber holen. Das lernt man als Gast schnell, denn man muss sich ohnehin jedes einzelne Handtuch für Gym und Pool täglich dort neu erbetteln. Im Handtuchschrank hingegen nur Leere und Schmutz, am Tisch daneben seit Wochen ein abgebrochener Sonnenschirm, verwelkte Blätter am Boden - ein trostloser Anblick. Auch Pool und Yacuzzi waren bei unserem letzten Besuch wesentlich sauberer; absolut inakzeptabel jedoch: Schwarz eingebrannter Dreck, tausend Mal berührt, auf den gesamten Kontaktflächen, die jeder Gast zum Öffnen der eisernen Pool-Tür anfassen muss (siehe Foto): NIE gereinigt, NIE desinfiziert. Widerlich ! Zu COVID-Zeiten: Unverantwortlich ! Defizite auch beim Frühstück. Die beliebten 'Waffle-Maker' nicht mehr da, ebenso die Trauben, Erdbeer- oder Ananasstücke, die man gerne auf einer frischen Waffel genoss. Nicht mal die hartgekochten Eier gibt es noch. Der Mitarbeiter massiv überfordert: Fehlende Artikel, klebrige Tische, Kaffee und Saft auf dem Boden - ein Gast rutscht aus, stürzt. Wiederholt im Angebot: Verdorbenes Obst, hartgefrorene oder saure Milch, statt Gabeln gibt's doppelt Löffel. Qualmend verbrennt Toast, löst rund 20 Minuten lang ohrenbetäubenden Feueralarm im gesamten Hotel aus. 2 Tage später: Dieselbe Morning-Show: Zum 'wake-up' heulende Sirenen und ein weiterer Toast-Einsatz für die herbeirasenden Boca Raton Firefighters. Nur an 2 Tagen pro Woche glänzt es vor Sauberkeit, wird alles appetitlich, frisch und vollständig ansprechend präsentiert: Wenn die langjährige Mitarbeiterin Magali die Gäste in angemessener Hotelkleidung mit einem Lächeln begrüsst und liebenswürdig umsorgt. Genau so professionell: Das Front-Staff-Team Gloria, Jason und Christian. Immer hilfsbereit, immer freundlich, mit erstklassigem 'complaint-management'. In anderen Hotels bekanntlich vorrangiger Job des Managers selbst - im Fairfield Boca offensichtlich nicht ! Da wird der unbequeme Gast vom Manager ganz einfach herablassend ignoriert, das aber konsequent: 6 Wochen lang, ohne ein Wort, ohne einen Gruss. Für mich eine völlig neue Interpretation der sonst seit Jahren weltweit gewohnten Marriott-Hospitality ...

Ich habe einen Aufenthalt gemacht, und war ein sehr entspannender Wochenende. Das Personal war extrem Gastfreundschaft. Wird sicher sein, dass es wieder da, Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, der Pool war entspannend, der Bartender mixe eine wunderbare Mango Martini.
