This hotel is a budget friendly hotel. Location is great because there’s quite some few things to do around, lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. They do offer breakfast but there aren’t many options however their restaurant is always open throughout the day. Cons: there’s water issues, Sometimes water just runs out and completely goes off. I found that to be an issue.

The service from the staff made it a pleasant stay. I’d suggest the Kings room instead of the Queens room. We ended having to stay one extra day and the Kings room was much more nicer and spacious. The location is near a lot of restaurants with readily available public transport to get wherever you need to go.

Had a ice experience, location is definitely a plus point of it. Cleanliness could be improved a little but all in all it was good. Breakfast options could also be increased as the menu is very limited. Also the indian dishes at breakfast do not taste that good.

Wir buchten das Hotel, weil auf den Bildern so schöne große moderne Zimmer waren. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir in winzige Räume untergebracht, wo noch nicht mal genug Platz für zwei Koffer war. Es gab kein Fenster nach draußen, nur auf den Flur und die Räume entsprachen mehr einem Hostel. Die Bäder sind ok. Ein Zimmerwechsel war nicht möglich, obwohl nicht alle Räume belegt waren, was wohl an der fehlenden Flexibilität des Managements liegt. Es wurde nur auf unsere gebuchte Kategorie verwiesen, die mit 63 Euro pro Nacht absolut nicht billig war für Indien. Das Frühstück ist sehr eingeschränkt und einfallslos und selbstverständliche Zutaten kosten extra. Wie gesagt, für den Preis inakzeptabel. *** muss hier die Suits buchen, die auch Fenster zu den Gärten haben, aber die sind ja dann nochmal teurer und haben das gleiche langweilige Frühstück. Finger weg von den Standard Zimmern - no go !

This time let’s bunk Poshtel was little disappointing but services were good but unfortunately this time their product was not working properly, e.g. Wi-Fi was weak, tv remote was not working properly and most importantly the bed , it was very risky to sleep on it and could have been worse if we were sleeping on it. The entire night we were in pain and in struggle with our bodies to fit and sleep on the couch.

The stay was comfortable, the staff was really very supportive and the food was very delicious, i always book minimalist as i feel it’s my second home. Best place to stay in delhi

Very bad location no convenience to travel and hotel staff is uncooperative and some people are rude too will never stay at such shady place again

Room was quite damp and smells damp, water was chargeable, bed was not hood and making sound, only one charging point and away from the bed, no central heating for winter

Why am i always been charged for extra kms. While booking i hv given exact pick and drop address, yet from rishikesh to delhi and back i hv been charged extra.

Everything was horrible and super unsafe for a woman to stay in, i never ate at the hotel, the location had slums around, the place was pretty much in the dark all the time, the windows had no grill, the door lock wasnt a safe lock and could be opened with an extra key from the outside. I was traumatized. I wanted a full refund because i didnt event stay there more than a night.
