We booked an overnight stay to travel to Oban the following morning to catch the ferry to Mull. When we arrived there was no sign of life and the hotel looked closed. The car park was completely empty and there were lots of ****s growing through the cracks on the concrete, leaving us to think it had been closed for some time. I called the number on the booking confirmation but it was unobtainable. We ended up having to book another hotel in Oban for the night.

3 nights spent here whilst on business was ideal ,large airy clean room polite helpful and friendly staff ,good food both for breakfast and dinner would definitely use this hotel for a base on future trips to the area

I had a room number 89, it was noisy and the furniture was tired and the bed very uncomfortable, the shower was a small cubicle with little pressure. i found the Wi-Fi poor unless in the bar area, although the Hotel was full it was very quiet, the bar was well stocked and the staff courteous and very helpful, the food although a limited menu, was excellent! Florin, a member of staff appeared to be on hand at all times of the day and evening and was exceptionally polite, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. a lovely hotel in need of a little modernisation in a great location!

Very good located old fashioned hotel, room and bathroom in good size. Staff very friendly, felt very welcomed. Large parking, good wiFi connection. A lot of nice places around, beautiful view. My son love this place! All good, will come back hopefully soon. Thank you!

Alle foto's zijn fake. Een geval voor sociale inspectie en onmiddellijke sluiting. Totaal onaanvaardaar in een ontwikkeld land zoals UK. De uitbuiting van het personeel en klanten kent daar geen grenzen. Schandalig!!!
