The hotel has the greatest awesome European style decorations with the most convenient location, very cool! The hotel staff Trang was very friendly and spoke very good English! The amenities are in high standard! The only thing that the hotel needs to improve is in the bathroom, the shower room has no door nor shower curtain which the water would wet the floor every time taking the shower. Two floor mats was provided when we checkin but only one was provided after, should always provide two floor mats as it'll then be soaking wet; the water tap on the basin was not stable as it turned whenever we turned on the water which i think it should be fixed, even the toilet behind the reception has the same issue. Both are just smal issues. Otherwise, all is GREAT and I'd highly recommend to everyone for this hotel.

I would rate this boutique hotel 5.5 for the impeccable service and warm hospitality. The owner Ms Trang welcomes you to this boutique property that gives you a French retro feel. The rooms are so aesthetically pleasing and the attention to details are endless. There are fresh geberas , full amenities, great wifi and even free laundry offered. Located within walking distance to the dalat market , there are restaurants, salons and also an incredible spa just steps away. Do check this gem of a hotel if you’re ever visiting Dalat.

Even though there was no aircon, room was breezy. Very new hotel. Nice interior. Will be back.

非常棒的一家精緻小酒店，房間不大，但是非常乾淨，像極了巴黎的小酒店，位置在市中心，位置很好，周邊全是餐廳，咖啡廳，酒吧，服務特別貼心，給了兩張説明，附近生活上的各種商店銀行等，附近旅遊景點地圖，沒有早餐，但是會送咖啡，每天洗衣服免費，必須説一下大叻真是個美食城，吃的比越南其它城市好，下次來大叻，還會住這裏

나의 최애 도시 달랏에 있는 소박한 편안한 부티크 호텔. 반미프엉 본점 근처. 번잡하고 큰 호텔도 좋지만 한번쯤 이런 조용한 곳에서 쉬고 싶었음.

連續住了兩個晚上，房間乾淨衞生，服務員素質很高，幫我訂了車票，還幫忙免費洗衣服，總之非常滿意。

달랏시내 도보 어디든 가능하고 호텔 깨끗하고 체크아웃 다음 여행지 그랩 잡는거 도와주시고 서비스도 아주 좋아요. 숙소가 생각보다 작아서 아쉬웠지만 신상 호텔이라 좋아요.

Our favourite hotel we have stayed at in Vietnam by far - we would give more than 5 *s if we could! Wish we could have stayed longer in Dalat and at La Macaron it was honestly perfection! Phu and Alice couldn’t do enough for us they were so helpful, attentive and friendly - the service was absolute 10/10 and we left saying how much we appreciated them and their kindness. Super clean and cute rooms with lovely toiletries and free coconut cappuccinos which were lush! Offered a free laundry service which was a life saver for us after travelling for a while. We loved it here and would 100% recommend, you won’t regret spending a bit more to stay here!

Stayed 2 nights, we loved the room so much that we packed bánh mì & stayed in the room just watching TV refusing to go out for dinner. We like to shout out a big THANK YOU to Phu for all the arrangements he has done for us; from our check in to check out, transports, coffee, tea & cookies. A charming thank you to Sưu for his patience fixing the TV! A warm thank you to Ngan (Alice) for the directions. We had a wonderful time staying here & we will stay here again.

Just spent three nights in this delightful boutique hotel in the heart of old Dalat. Helpful staff, small but beautifully appointed rooms and all within walking distance of the lake and other attractions. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Lovely stay at a very clean and comfortable hotel in centre of Dalat. Great customer service. It's through a shop, which was a surprise, but it's quite charming. I recommend for the lovely restaurants around it and especially the craft beer place a few doors down!

Boutique hotel in very central of Dalat. Small but nice and friendly hotel, always on support customers. Hygiene room with very good smell. Laundry service included in room package is really good for rainy days in Dalat. Always having coffee and tea at reception as well as table and chair for chit chat or a bit working.

We spent three weeks travelling from Saigon to Hanoi and this was my favourite hotel by far. The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel is in a great location surrounded by bars and restaurants. There was free tea or coffee in the morning, free laundry and even a little gift left in the room for us too. Don’t miss the brilliant bakery 5 mins walk up the hill (on the list of recommended places the staff will give you) which we used to bring back pastries to eat with the coffee. If I ever come back to Dalat I’d stay here again!

Very clean! Cozy and walkable to the local market. Breakfast was so good that I looked forward to it everyday. Very authentic Vietnamese food and different menu everyday. Owners were always helpful. They also had an elevator for my elderly mother.
