Hotel was central to all the places we visited on this trip which was Long Beach and Disneyland Staff was friendly and accommodating!

Loved my stay. Great customer service from Adam at the front desk. He was a fairly new employee and was having trouble getting the room key machine to cooperate. So, he personally walked me to the room to let me in. By the time I went back downstairs an hour later, the machine was working and I got my keys. Very clean and quiet.

Second time staying here and it was a positive experience just like our first. The staff is also always nice.

I love how easy to find the hotel is, right off the highway with no more than a few turns. Also, conveniently close to many attractions. The staff are all very sweet and genuine, as well as helpful and appreciative. They welcome you with big, beautiful smiles while keeping some pleasant conversation going during your check in, before knowledgeably answering any and all of your questions before you even have to ask (because they’re just that good). This good energy happily continues all throughout your stay, even to the very end of check out, where they kindly say goodbye with the same big, beautiful, friendly smile. Oh my god and the room was everything you could ask for! The bathroom is gorgeous with an amazing shower and includes all of the amenities you would need. There is a mirror that was also a door to the closet (and a very spacious closet I might add)! Their lounge chair (which has an handy little table) and desk chair feel like your sitting or laying on a cloud. And the pool is heated, so I could still swim in the cold-without being cold! had a great experience at the Hilton and personally cannot wait to return.

Was a bit upset with the front desk. She was very nice but ended up charging us accidently our full [already prepaid] room of almost $1000. So our fund were very limited on our vacation, we didnt get to do nearly as much as we would have if we had that money but being on a weekend we have to wait until tuesday for the bank to reverse it. Very stressful and upsetting. When we asked for a receipt stating we wont be charged the additional almost $1000 they told us they didnt have one.

We had a very good stay. My family and I were there to attend a funeral, so we all occupied 4 rooms and the staff was very accomodating to making sure that we were all on the same floor and in very close proximity to each other! Thank you to all, and of course the breakfast was wonderful, as usual!

Nice location, staff were exceptionally helpful, property was clean and well maintained, bathroom clean but could use updating. All and all a good hotel and stay there again.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast, nice gym. Food and shopping was right next door so very convenient.

Overall, our experience was good, there was one slight hitch: the toilet was too low to the floor and there was no bar in which to pull op on. The room was extremely clean, it appeared to be recently updated. We will request a disabled-friendly room in the future.

Upon arriving, we had such an amazing stay here. Friendly staff, clean and maintained room, and good breakfast in the mornings! We were in town from the east coast, to surprise my niece for her 18th Birthday, and to also celebrate my best friends marriage. Next visit to The OC, this will be the hotel we stay in!

Nice quiet and safe. Close to shopping and fast food. Easy access to main roads.
