This hotel does not deserve its 5-star rating. I stayed on the third floor and was disturbed by loud shouting and screaming coming from the reception area from 10 p.m. all the way until midnight. As a result, I couldn’t sleep well. I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and the experience was consistently disappointing. On Day 1, the internet was not working due to a “system crash.” On Day 2, the same excuse was repeated. When I inquired further, I was met with rude and dismissive responses from a male receptionist. While there was one kind female staff member at the reception, the rest of the male receptionists, including the lobby manager, were extremely rude and unprofessional. Having had a long trip and stayed at multiple hotels, I can confidently say that this was one of the worst hospitality experiences I have ever encountered, primarily due to the attitude of the male reception staff. Let me know if you’d like further adjustments!

Conveniently located at 20 mins drive from chandigarh airport. Rooms and services were excellent. Staff was very co-operative. Buffet spread was very good. Hotel interiors and amenities were fabulous.

WORST RECEPTION OLD HOTEL NO SMART TV ..2 STAR HOTEL NOTHING 5 STAR ABOUT IT No one at the door.. no one to assist you to the room. The receptionist said WELCOME DRINK IS SELF SERVICE. NO SMART TV IN 2024. toilets cupboards are old battered. Rooms are dingy. Not worth the money.

Amazing property. Pool on the roof top is the attraction for kids to stay busy. We saw many nearby families staying for a weekend getaway which infers the repo of the property. Food was amazing too and ample options for breakfast. Recommended anytime for a short and memorable stay!!

Excellent service by Miss Habjeet in the restaurant/breakfast session. Good rooms and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Amazing property and great connectivity with airport and market area for shopping. Beautiful place and great weather this time around.

Radisson has always my preferred stay for my business stays but my current stay at Chandigarh Radisson did shock me when I ordered ice bucket from room service. I was given to understand that waste water is used for ice being served! Really shocking

I have called hotel radission Zirakpur on the date to check in to give me higher floor room but the trainee named sunny from reception received my call and said me that I have no booking in my name nor in my husband's name .This is very disappointing for me from a 5 star brand like RADISSON. Plz allocate the higher floor room booking under SOUMAVA BARMAN

Our experience at Hotel Radisson Chandigarh Zirakpur was extremely disappointing from the very start. Upon arrival, we were treated poorly by the receptionist, who was unhelpful and rude. We were told that we could not check in because we didn’t have a hard copy of our passports, despite providing all required details. When we mentioned that we had informed the hotel of our expected arrival time between 12:00 and 1:00 PM, the receptionist (Sahil) insisted that the official check-in time was 2:00 PM and asked us to wait. We were told to wait for just 10 minutes, but ended up sitting on the sofa in the lobby for over an hour, from 12:40 PM until 1:45 PM, without any follow-up. Eventually, my husband had to approach the reception again to request the room keys. At that point, Sahil demanded payment, and despite our request, he failed to provide us with a receipt. We were further ignored as he took a phone call. We had a pre-booked taxi at 2:00 PM, so we were forced to rush to our room, drop off our bags, and leave. Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed it lacked towels. My husband requested that towels be placed in the room, and although we were gone for 8 hours, the issue was not resolved. When we returned, we discovered that the room we were given was not a deluxe room as advertised but a cramped double room with two joined beds. The room was nowhere near the advertised 37 m²; in fact, it felt much smaller, likely less than 25 m², and the bed was poorly made with the sheets hanging out and the duvet not properly fitting the bed. The room was uncomfortable, and I was shocked that we had paid AUD $169 for such a substandard space. In comparison, the previous night we stayed at the Ramada Wyndham for just AUD $94, and it was far superior in terms of room size, service, and quality. The Radisson's service was subpar throughout, with kitchen staff failing to hear us over the phone and my husband having to repeatedly go up and down in the lift to collect small items. Additionally, we were given only one room key, and the lift would only function with it, which caused further inconvenience. When we called reception about the issues, they apologized and said they would escalate the matter to the manager the following morning. However, it seemed clear that no meaningful resolution would come from this, and no compensation was offered. The receptionist did offer a late checkout as an apology, but given our experience, this gesture felt inadequate. In conclusion, I strongly advise against booking Hotel Radisson Chandigarh Zirakpur. The quality of the room, the service, and the overall experience were far below expectations. If you're visiting Chandigarh, I would recommend choosing the Ramada Wyndham instead, which offers better value, service, and comfort.
