Overnattede på hotellet ifm. min solorejse til Peru og kan virkelig anbefale alle at overnatte der. Tæt på alt, personalet er utrolig søde virkelig venlige og hjælpsomme. Fik en del hjælp til alt muligt og er stadig forbløffet over at skulle på den anden side at jorden for at få så god en service! Det var også en stor hjælp at kunne få madpakke med de morgener jeg ikke kunne nå morgenmaden og skulle på tur.
Kommer bestemt tilbage igen! ❤️

The staff were extremely helpful. Rooms were made up each day. Breakfast was great. What I loved the most was the court yard in the middle comfortable chairs. Bookcase full of books. Yea available all day. Beautiful decor. The front desk was maned 24/7

We had a great stay at this hotel. The people at the reception were super helpful with making us comfortable with Cusco and getting us information about day trips and other things. The location next to the plaza is perfect for tours and walking to attractions. The hotel interiors are cozy and nicely reflect the Peruvian culture. Breakfast was excellent as well and they also kept a takeout breakfast ready at 4:30am for our tour to Machu Picchu! The street outside is noisy at night with loud music, but it didn't bother us with sleep with the windows closed.

Great front desk, clean room. Would go back! Super cute hotel! The closed courtyard was just so nice to just chill in. The breakfast was yummy to everything you need to fuel up for a good hike. The ladies in the kitchen were just sooo attentive.

A bit noisy, was woken at 4am by my upstairs neighbours seemingly running laps and then coming into the courtyard that the rooms open onto talking at the top of their voices.

The staff are so courteous and friendly! The Inca River view is Majestic! The breakfast was amazing with hot and cold choices!

The location near the main square is very convenient for walking--not so convenient for taxi pick up and drop off and luggage transfer. The loud music from the nightclubs is clearly heard throughout the hotel until at least 6am--including guests ringing the bell and coming in and out the front door all throughout the night. There was limited to no hot water in the evenings. The staff was kind and helpful with transit and early morning bagged breakfasts. Though charming, it is not an ideal spot if you're looking for a good night's rest.
