Blue Bay Curacao Golf & Beach Resort

We booked a short stay at Blue Bay in The Ridge accommodations. From check in to check out we had a lovely stay and resrt staff we are always friendly and cordial. Our booking came with a beach pass and a friend recommended we should rent a golf cart to get around, this was great! The apartment was brand new with top notch appliances and the beds were very comfortable. Our very own private infinity pool was the best feature and we spent most of our time lounging and sunning. I am a scuba diver and the reefs on Blue Bay are some of the best that Curaçao has to offer! The dive shop and staff are very helpful and they were able to provide a dive computer as I left mine at home. (To rent of course) One small issue was that we did prepare most of our meals in the apartment and there was nothing (soap or sponge) we could use to clean up after ourselves, but our trip to the nearby grocery store remedied that. I highly recommend you make your next stay in Curacao at The Ridge in Bluebay Resort, we will be back for sure!

This is probably one of the fanciest resorts on the island and it is indeed very good. The villas are very nice with many amenities included (but depends on who you are renting from). Great open patios. We stayed in one of the farther villas and even from there it's just 5-7 min walk to the beach. The beach entrance fee was included with the rent. There's a very decent restaurant and a bar (both with pretty much US prices) right on the beach. The beach is very nice, and great for snorkeling. We visited a couple of other supposedly "best snorkeling" beaches on the island and ours was by far the best.

We had a fantastic week at Blue Bay Golf & Beach Resort! The Ridge is a dream; With great views over the sea and a beautiful infinity pool. The apartment is comfertable with all the best features and a wide range of luxury. There is plenty of entertainment on the beach and various nice restaurants. It is a convenient base to experiance the Island, allthough you dont nees to leave the Resort for a relaxing vacation.

Absolutely beautiful course and location. Sea views are stunning. Entire experience was seamless for my foursome from Michigan with the Blue Bay team. Prices were very fair and rental clubs were solid Titleist. Even got a cruise ship discount! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We had a great dinner with amazing view . Everything was very testy and service was quick. We were here during sunset so I highly recommended this time because everything is magical all my family members agreed. Had a great time and really enjoyed it.

We travelled as part of an extended family group - my wife and I had not been to Curacao previously, but those we travelled with had been. So I will speak to a few items. The resort itself is gated, very safe, and well located (very close to a Centrum supermarket that has everything you would need to eat and drink). It is about a 15 minute drive from the airport and about the same to downtown Willemstad. The resort has villas, condos, private residences, hotel and all near a very nice beach area and golf course. We stayed in a villa that was close to the beach entrance which was perfect because we spent a lot of time there. The villa was adequate for our group and was exactly as advertised. The beach is private - for Resort guests and they also sell day passes to outside visitors. Honestly this was the best beach that we came across, and has everything you need. Restaurants, bar, good snorkeling, beach chairs, shade and even bar service at your chair ( although more staff would have enhanced the experience as often only 1 server was making rounds which could lead to lengthy intervals between service). You will pay a bit more for items here but the quality of food and drinks was good. Sometimes we would walk over late in the evening for a snack ( pizza, burgers and so much more). There is also a swimming pool but we never tried it - it is small but in a very private area of the villas. Never golfed but the course looked challenging and in good shape with a club house as well. After hours we walked the paths along the golf course - so quiet and refreshing. Weather was great with a bit of rain but better than the -50 we just endured at home. Highly recommended. Excellent food and hill was our waiter. He was fantastic and very friendly So we came with another couple and we decided to stay at the resort and not go to town… the restaurant was the best restaurant on the property. My only complaint with the actual blue Bay resort was that the pillows were too hard they were not soft enough.

By far, this was one of the best resorts that I’ve stayed at during a vacation. Blue Bay Curaçao is an immaculate property with great staff who go above and beyond. I highly recommend this resort if you’re visiting Curaçao. Great views, food, and BEACH!!!
