We love Mollie’s Motel and Diner. We would rate this place as a gem!! Do not hesitate to book your stay here and do remember to make a reservation at the diner in advance! The diner is really happening and the Oreo milkshake is the best!! The staff at Mollie’s motel is also super friendly and helpful! We truly enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights! Absolutely delighted with my stay! This hotel boasts fantastic facilities and exceptionally stylish rooms. Highly recommended for a memorable experience.

Poor experience will not be revisiting. Extremely poor hygiene and customer service false and non genuine. Customer service could be better repeated the rehe****d welcome speech, another guest asked for a room change due to room noise next door. Which they happily facilitated. We were offered a ground floor room, stated we'd prefer not to be on the ground floor. Hostess said no more rooms are available, when you revisit request not to be on the ground. This obviously was a lie as after entering the first room offered and discovered it had not been cleaned, we were promptly relocated. The second was not much cleaner, and the bathroom floor was covered in water, from the previous occupant's who had used. How do we know, upon using the shower the seal on the bottom had gone, causing water to spray all over the floor. The bathroom door also locked itself, so we had to call for it to be opened. They were not surprised as it regularly happens. The mattresses are mismatch, we had a firm and soft mattress attached together, which was really uncomfortable to lay on as there was a distinct hard ridge in the middle of the bed. Alongside that you can't sleep with the window open as the traffic from the M5 will keep you up all night. Luckily and probably the most positive thing l can say, the windows were good at blocking the noise. I don't recommend you look under the bed as dust and feathers are all over it. House keeping came, did no cleaning but offered two new towels. As for the restaurant which they are quick to book you into. Overpriced bland food with no attention to presentation. Customer service remains poor there also. I question the hygiene there to, as my partner and myself were both sick shortly after eating there. Overall the whole experience was poor value for money. Pictures attached show the dirty toilet, shaving clippings in the sink, and coffee spills on the surface. They didn't even clean the spoon resting in the cup. Such a disappoin**ent.

Very clean motel quiet room only thing I could knock it on was the price of the breakfast £33 for two a bit steep I think

恰好春節去找朋友，住了這個motel。第一次住motel，感覺很棒很方便，有免費停車，裝修也很新，服務業很好。樓下的美式餐廳味道也很棒。

非常滿意這家酒店，風筒是戴森的。大堂公區氛圍年輕態，前台茶和咖啡任喝。和酒店一起的餐廳，很多當地人吃飯。味道不錯。

性價比滿分，設施質素係呢個價位都算得上頂尖，而且非常新，有免費泊車，呢個價錢有呢一個質素，可以話係非常之難得，唯一缺點就係距離布里斯托市中心稍遠，但呢間酒店嘅定位係Motel所以唔算缺點。

Great hotel with modern features and an incredible diner with amazing food. I always try and stay at Mollies when I am in Bristol

Got up to the floor and forgot what my room number was, they don’t give it to you written down. Room smelt strongly or urine but was late for a zoom call, so put up with it for 2 hours. TV was also stuck on sky news. Phoned down and a guy came up and changed me to the room next door. This was great but would have thought some kind of apology such as a breakfast for having to move rooms late at night would have gone a long way, even if I didn’t accept it. This room smelt better and the tv worked. The usual annoyance of having to leave the room to get hot water isn’t great as you have to get redressed if you want to make a hot drink. There’s also no light at the hot water tap so hard to see when the mug is full. However I do prefer the idea of a tap to a kettle for hygiene reasons. When checking out the girl behind the front desk was so engrossed in her phone she didn’t even notice me at the desk. Might stay again, because of the price. Didn’t eat in the diner or have breakfast as they slap a service charge on which removed the incentive for good service by forcing you to tip regardless. Parking is free which is always a plus.

Lovely stay here with the family and perfectly located for Bristol Zoo Project. The diner was also a hit with all the family.

We had a wonderful time at Mollies! I took my two children away for a couple of days and after dining at Mollies out last stay decided to stay there. We really enjoyed the bunk bed room as it meant I didn’t have to share with a squirmy worm child!! And the kids loved sleeping in the top bunks!! We had an issue with our tv the first eve and the staff were really helpful and actually moved us to another room! It happened again on the last eve so no tv to keep the kids occupied! But that was the only tiny downside to our lovely stay!! Nice clean, quiet motel!! Worth a stay! And a trip over the road to their diner!!!!

Good size clean room. Lovely cowshed products. Good tea selection at front desk. Staff kind and helpful. Delicious breakfast and excellent tequila cocktail!

Description as motel meant I had low expectations but a great hotel choice for a Bristol stay. Ticked all the boxes.
