Everything about this hotel is as close to perfect as you can get! We had an ocean view room! The room had a very comfortable king-size bed with an amazing view! The restaurant their also has fantastic food and food choices! We will definitely stay again!

There is truly no better place to stay for less! The price was actually so good. I was concerned before getting there. Everything was awesome! The ocean view from our room was spectacular! The food is second to none! We love this place and when we return, we will stay here!

Good staff, they have a snorkel and diving area part of the hotel. The food is 5 starts ! We took the all inclusive deal for 42 dollars. Worth it! The only thing was the jacuzzi, kids were not allowed but there were some small kids swimming there so it wasn’t relaxing enough, they were also eating there ! Apart from that everything was excellent.

시내에는 어짜피 좋은 호텔은 없는 것 같고.
너무 고급도 아니고 적당한 리조트 호텔입니다.
직원들 수준은 괜찮고,
호텔 풀도 괜찮고 바로 앞에 작은 다이빙, 스노클링 하기 좋은 프라이빗 공간이 있습니다. 외국인들이 대부분인 호텔입다.
스쿠바샵도 하나 있습니다.

This is an amazing hotel. All the staff were very kind and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean, the onsite food was great, and the small beach/snorkeling area was perfect for us. And the prices were all very reasonable. Highly recommended!!

Overall, Casa del Mar is a nice option for staying in Cozumel. Staff were wonderful and very welcoming and there is an easily accessible bridge over the road to get to the pier for morning dives. However, there were a few issues to note. The onsite dining options were boring and not great, I would definitely not opt-in to the inclusive rate as you'll want to eat elsewhere during your stay. Our groundfloor room was dated and smelled very musty and the curtains were moldy. For a "dive resort" there wasn't very many places available to dry dive gear, and no fans were avaiable to help with drying which, I suspect, contributed to the moldy smell. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and we had a good time swapping stories with the other guests.

We always get great service and reasonable prices at Casa del Mar, with the added bonus that the location is perfect.
Right across the street are several dive shops, including my favorite, Roberta's Scuba Shack. Casa del Mar's restaurant serves up economical, simple breakfasts that are just perfect before jumping on the dive boat.
Next door, Paprika restaurant offers great step-up meals. The Enchiladas de Mole and Chile Relleno are my favs, but everything on the menu is actually wonderful.
And a $10 (USD) taxi ride gets to all the good restaurants downtown, often followed by a leisurely hour walk back to the hotel.
Give it a try, and here's hoping you enjoy it as much as we do!

This stay qualified for a VIP upgrade which we never received. Instead, our first room had a strong smell of mold upon walking into the room. This mold was verified by seeing the walls covered with dark mold. We were moved to a second room, with a promise to move us to another the following day. This second room also had visible mold on the walls and in the bathroom but didn’t smell as badly and it was late so we settled for it. The next day I had to ask for a room change. When we asked to examine the room prior to repacking all of our things we found that the mold smell hit us directly upon walking inside. We elected to stay in our existing room. Not worth the money paid! A thorough cleaning with a bottle of bleach is very needed!
