Ocean Paradise Hotel and Resort Bewertungen

I recently stayed at this hotel, which is self-rated as a 4-star property. However, based on my experience, it would be more accurately categorized as a 2-star hotel. Firstly, my booking inquiry through Trip.com was never responded to, which was disappointing. The room itself was spacious but quite dated, and the view from the window was nonexistent—contrary to the advertised mountain or sea views. The behavior of the support staff was unprofessional and discourteous. They often shouted across the hotel and seemed more focused on their own conversations than attending to guests. It appeared that many of them might be personally connected to the owners, which could explain the lack of hospitality training. Security procedures were excessive, with all belongings scanned upon entry. Additionally, important policies—such as the prohibition of outside food, drinks (including alcohol), and restrictions on visitors—were not disclosed on Trip.com, which felt misleading. The overall atmosphere was not welcoming, especially in public areas, and I did not feel respected as a guest. The buffet breakfast was also disappointing, with many items appearing stale and poorly prepared. In summary, I would not recommend staying at this hotel. It did not meet basic expectations for comfort, service, or transparency. If possible, I would give it a negative rating.

The room was very clean and tidy. The location is right at the center of Cox’s Bazar, which was very convenient. I really liked the staff — they were humble, friendly, and very cooperative.

The a/c wasn't working. I had to wait for 4 hours while going to the reception every hour. They still didn't fix the a/c. Also they charged me for my stay again at reception even that I paid online. But they refunded the money. Its just not worth it

I stayed at Ocean Paradise Hotel in Cox’s Bazar and had a great experience. The location is perfect — right by the beach. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and always ready to help. Food quality was excellent, and the view from the rooftop was truly relaxing. Perfect for both vacation and work trips আমি কক্সবাজারের *Ocean Paradise Hotel*-এ ছিলাম এবং দারুণ একটি অভিজ্ঞতা হয়েছে। লোকেশন ছিল একদম পারফেক্ট — সমুদ্র সৈকতের একদম পাশে। রুম ছিল বড় ও পরিষ্কার। হোটেল স্টাফরা ছিল খুবই সহযোগিতাপূর্ণ। খাবারের মান ছিল চমৎকার এবং ছাদ থেকে সি-ভিউ এক কথায় অসাধারণ। ছুটি কাটানো বা অফিসিয়াল ট্রিপ – দুই ক্ষেত্রেই উপযুক্ত। আরমান ও মতিয়ার ভাই সব সময় খোজ খবর নিয়েছিল।

They confirmed my reservation before 2 days of my arrival upon receipt of advance payment. After arrival they just cancelled my reservation without any logical explanation.

The candle night dinner was so good... And Mr. Towhid was very co operating........................................

Our room was 312 super deluxe sea view room. It was an amazing experience here. Housekeeper Saiful bhaia’s service was too good. We’re satisfied.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at Hotel Ocean Paradise was truly wonderful! The hotel is very calm and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax. The staff’s behavior was extremely polite and professional throughout our visit. A special thanks to Kawser, who helped us a lot with the management and made everything smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cox’s Bazar!

Sea food in rooftop restaurant is simply excellent. The service men are well trained and very well behaved. Wish to have experience more in future.

This was a great trip with my family at Ocean paradise hotel. Best hotel in Cox's Bazar i hope, their Staff behaviour,breakfast, swimming pool was great experience. Specially sadiq, Shuvo and Zubayer was great at service.

হোটেল ওশান প্যারাডাইসে আমার অভিজ্ঞতা ছিল অসাধারণ। কক্সবাজারের সেরা হোটেলগুলোর মধ্যে এটি অন্যতম। রুমগুলো ছিল অত্যন্ত পরিচ্ছন্ন ও আরামদায়ক। বিশেষ করে রুম থেকে সমুদ্রের মনোমুগ্ধকর দৃশ্য আমার মন কেড়ে নিয়েছে। তাদের সুইমিং পুল এবং রেস্টুরেন্টের খাবারও ছিল দারুণ। প্রতিটি পদ ছিল সুস্বাদু এবং মানসম্মত। সবচেয়ে ভালো লেগেছে তাদের কর্মীদের পেশাদারিত্ব এবং আন্তরিকতা। তাদের সেবা সত্যিই প্রশংসার যোগ্য। সব মিলিয়ে, এটি আমার জন্য একটি অবিস্মরণীয় অভিজ্ঞতা। আমি নিশ্চিন্তে বলতে পারি, যারা কক্সবাজার ভ্রমণে আসবেন, তাদের জন্য হোটেল ওশান প্যারাডাইস একটি আদর্শ পছন্দ। একজন ব্যক্তির কথা না বললেই নয়। পুরো ব্যাপারটিতে zubayer ভাই আমাদেরকে যেভাবে সহায়তা করেছে তা আসলেই প্রশংসার দাবিদার। আমি অবশ্যই আবার এখানে থাকতে আসব।
