This hotel was okay. Pretty dirty. But staff good. Hot tub doesn’t work. And laundry is broken

Everything was ok, the room did have a different odor. The biggest irritation is the double charge on my card that is yet to be resolved. I got this room through ******* and paid through them. I was given a 0 balance on my receipt since it was charge through a third party but then charged my room to my card that was supposed to be used only for incidentals. Was told this was your mistake but is still yet to be paid back to me. Making me question if I will use a Marriot again.

The room that I was put in was not cleaned before my stay. I was locked out of my room in the middle of the night and they were not able to assist me in getting back in my room. They gave me 4 new keys and ended up putting me in a smaller, not so nice room. I was unable to get my belongings that were locked in the first room until 8 AM when I needed to be at work at 7 AM. Do not recommend!

False advertising about breakfast did not get Starbucks coffee. You get drip coffee with no cream opinions half and half or milk. Waisted my money and intelligence

We stayed in a king suite, but the rooms are incredibly dated. Felted like we walked back in time. If that was the only negative, I think we would have been fine. The front desk staff and onsite bistro bar is really nice, but what made the trip poor was the housekeeping. We stayed at the hotel for 8 days and only had our room serviced twice. They forgot to come back after the first servicing and we kept having to visit front desk every night for towels and washcloths, soap refills, coffee, and etc. It took multiple nights of doing this and asking staff why our room kept getting skipped before they finally escalated to management and serviced the room again on our last day before we left. However, even then, still no vacuum or cleaning done. Just towels replaced and bed made. I felt this property was really lacking in room quality and cleanliness from housekeeping. Would not recommend.
