Visiting family in the area, we chose this hotel for their availability of a one bedroom suite. The location is convenient and the proximity to local restaurants is a plus. The offer of a daily included breakfast is an important plus and is one of the most positive factors which would warrant a repeat visit. Staff member Aileen was there on a daily basis to ensure that the breakfast, (eggs, biscuits, sausage and gravy), was always fresh, hot and replenished. In addition, the cleanliness and care of the breakfast area was excellent. The care of the room was also worth noting - Gloria provided replenishment of all necessary items as well as daily cleaning services with a good crew of room attendants. Help was provided by Luis at the front desk regarding recommendations for the local area shopping needs and the transfer from my old Radisson frequent stay account to their new program. Prior business travel afforded an opportunity to stay at multiple locations and sample many hotel chains. Based on this stay, I can easily recommend this location and will return here when in the area. One minor potential improvement that was identified by my wife was the lack of a wall mirror in the separate bedroom. All mirrors in the suite were located in the main room. Honestly, that is an observation that I would never have noticed … historical business travel focused on getting in and out, I was never really aware of that level of detail.

Dieses Hotel ist am Hauptstreifen auf der Home Depot Seite der Autobahn. Es ist Rückkehr vom Straßenweg und fühlt sich relativ privat. Wie andere in ihren Bewertungen gesagt haben, ist das Personal freundlich. Die Nebenwirkung dieses Hotels ist es zu renovieren: Die Teppichtafel muss ersetzt werden; sie laufen Deumidifikatoren auf einigen Etagen 24/7; Zimmertelefone funktionieren nicht; Zimmertüren sind nicht sicher auf dem Rahmen; und Rücktüren zum Einstieg in das Gebäude nicht lockt (🥹). Es gibt auch den Eindruck, dass einige der Gäste zu Fuß gehen, die sich anscheinend durch etwas gehen. Ich habe mich nicht sehr sicher fühlen. Ich werde nicht wieder in dieses Hotel.
