Storico hotel in pieno centro a Courmayeur. Tutto di livello, tranne la palestra che ha attrezzi attempati per un hotel di questa categoria. Bene la ricarica per auto elettriche anche se 15€ di addebito flat per una ricarica di 1h mi sembrano davvero eccessivi. Piccoli dettagli ampiamente compensati da una delle migliori colazioni in assoluto.

The hotel is definitely above its peak. The room we had was really tiny, with only a balcony door and no other window so there was not much daylight. With two large suitcases, you could barely move around the room. The balcony was also very tiny, the furniture hardly fitted in. There is no air-condition and the room does not offer key cards but some old fashioned key (only one for two people). The bar was lovely and staff there as well, however it has been made a "BMW publicity bar" which made it look cheap. Breakfast was really poor, no Salami (in Italy???), no real croissants. When we asked for an Omlette, they told us they could not make that although scrambled egg was somehow possible. The tablecloth was far to big so you had to be very careful not to accidentally step on it. I often stay in five star hotels and this was the poorest experience so far. Value for money just does not match. Also some renovation of the rooms would be highly recommended.

A beautiful place for a brunch with family and friends and also Solo !!! Service is great , at the heart of the city , visited twice and loved the place ! Loved the club sandwich 🥪 over there !!! A nice place to relax , loved everything about the hotel

A beautiful hotel set right in the middle of lovely Courmayeur! The rooms are spacious and the views are absolutely incredible! Breakfast is lavish and superb. The service was excellent, especially from the reception team and the spa team. The heated swimming pool with the backdrop of the Alps and the amazing spa make this hotel an excellent choice!

Treated ourselves to a two night stay in the middle of our Tour Mont Blanc hike. Management must do a good job selecting and training staff, because everyone we encountered was attentive, professional, but also comfortable to interact with. Great breakfasts and lovely view from the room. We appreciated the hotels flexibility rescheduling our stay from Covid-year-one. We write this review five months after our stay, but, I believe that the card in the room with the hotel manager's contact info, actually included her mobile phone number.

Lovely hotel in the center of the town. Io e mio marito abbiamo alloggiato nella struttura per 5 notti nel febbraio del 2018 in ricorrenza del mio compleanno. Ottima accoglienza, personale qualificato. Comodo per le piste sciistiche. Consigliato per aperitivo e cena.

Ottima location in pieno centro con parcheggio auto e spa efficientissima. Personale cortese e garbato. Ristorante decisamente all’altezza delle aspettative con un Maitre (sig. Giuseppe) che fa la differenza perché attento ai particolari e capacissimo. Lo raccomando vivamente

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per una vacanza di famiglia con una bambina di 4 anni e mezzo. Junior suite spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort, dopo l’arrivo non ho mai avuto bisogno di usare la macchina perché per gli impianti c’è un comodo sevizio navetta offerto dall’Hotel e data la posizione eccellente della struttura che è praticamente sul corso principale si può uscire a piedi per una passeggiata serale in centro. Ristoranti veramente top che a febbraio erano gestiti dallo Chef Emin Haziri. Grande attenzione ai bisogni del cliente da parte di tutto il personale dell’Hotel. Torneremo sicuramente.

Non so come possa mantenere la classificazione a 5 stelle un hotel così vecchio e non curato. - Disorganizzazione nelle sale ristoranti, camerieri distratti e noncuranti. Prenoto un tavolo per la cena e poi non è stato riservato: 15 minuti dopo tavolo ancora da apparecchiare; cibo comunque di buona qualità. Tappeto vecchio e logoro, in modo vergognoso,all’ingresso del ristorante principale ( V. Foto) Mancanza di aria condizionata nelle camere perché sostengono che in montagna nessun hotel ne è provvisto: falso! Fuori 30 gradi e camere come forni! Bagno ,oltre che senza finestra, era anche senza aspiratore funzionante; l’ampiezza del bagno 2 mt quadri e quando si apriva la porta sbatte contro i sanitari che ci sono dietro! Accappatoi logori e sfilacciati : ed era una superior room ad € 580 - 480 a notte in base ai giorni della settimana! Posizione dell’hotel in centro. Vecchia struttura dove manca manutenzione e cura. Evito di inoltrarmi in ulteriori particolari.,,
