Aira Boracay Hotel

This hotel is amazing. Very clean and organized. The staff are all respectful and accomodating. Loved that it is peaceful and away from the noise of white beach. We have our own outdoor area also. You'll have to walk a lot but the surroundings will entertain you. Overall super satisfied.

Book for 3 night . . First night have dogs barking really loud until 4 am .. couldn’t sleep .The view isn’t really a sea view because there is a building in next to it so you only see a piece of it . .Breakfast last year was included but isn’t anymore .Reception lady is really clueless . Wifi isn’t working in the room , you only have in center part Not recommending

Твердая тройка* ! За эти деньги по местным меркам. Малозаселенный на Новогоднюю ночь и начало января. Локация на Булабог-бич не популярная (популярная для кайтеров. Пляж не для купания, но вам не запрещают). Это последний многоэтажный отель на Булабог на север, дальше только виллы и сложнее добираться. Вайт-бич в пешей доступности, надо 5 минут, чтобы пешком пересечь этот самый узкий участок острова. Улица ночью не освещается и полна собак, которые пасутся в куче сваленного мусора ночью, а днем лаются за территорию пляжа от безделья. Но безопасные. Рядом нет шумных кафешек с музыкой, их вообще нет. Так что отель для умного отдыха: на куролесил на станциях, и домой отдыхать на тихом Булабоге. Интернет быстрый, пароль для всех роутеров был aira2023. Номер без зверей и насекомых (в других отелях жаловались). Не орет под ухом недорезанный петух, не ездят машины или громкие мопедисты, это кайф. С безопасностью порядок, я как-то оставил настежь открытым сейф (с наличкой, бумажником, всеми картами, паспортом), после уборки все в целости и осталось нетронутым, спасибо! Сейф не закрыл, т.к. он немного глючил: электронный замок не закрывается снова какое-то время, надо выждать минут 5. Нет бассейна и лаундж-зона на пятом этаже бесполезная. Там пластиковые кресла и джакузи, по сухости которого непонятно, может оно вовсе нерабочее. Номер убирают только по вызову: повесьте ярлык на дверь об уборке и покиньте номер до 11, иначе никто не увидит. В итоге мне за 10 ночей убирали только два раза. На заселении оставляете залог 1000 песо. За минибар в холодильнике придется платить по выезду, ценник конский, как в клубах (газировки по 100, пиво по 150 песо). Сдачу предложила дать килограммом монет, почему турист обычно отказывается, а хитрый отель остается в плюсе. В целом отдых отличный! Но для тюленей. Боракай не для молодежи, а тупо почилить на очень красивых пляжах. Еда очень плохая. Выбор огромный, любые кухни мира, но качество овощей, фруктов очень не очень. Даже рыбу всегда пересушивают, невкусно. По заведениям с большим трудом можно что-то рекомендовать.

Bed is comfortable and you can request for blanket too if your spouse feel cold. Hot water is always ready around 2 mins to shower. Both the room and shower room is clean. Excellent service from the staff. Bulabog beach is always windy. A calm, serene and relaxing hotel if you fancy one. Hotels at Station 1, 2 and 3 will always be happening and full of people. 🖐🏻⭐️

Quiet beachfront hotel. Clean. Great staff. good breakfast. Transportation available from hotel to any point on the island. Island life at is best. Walking distance to White Beach. This property is right on Bolabog Beach. Kite surfers paradise.

I adore how the hotel is in a peaceful neighborhood, tucked away from Boracay’s white main beach. This is the ideal place if you’re into long walks and prefers quiet surroundings. The room is spacious, clean, minimalist and modern. Internet is okay. Breakfast is okay. There is also an elevator but it was not operational during our stay, which is understandable given that the place is relatively new. Excellent customer service. The staff are amazing. They are accommodating and very helpful. Kudos! ☺️ Will be back again for sure.

Just perfect. ira Boracay Hotel is a 35-room hotel situated at the serene part of Boracay Island called Bulabog Beach. Bulabog Beach is best known for its strong winds making it ideal for Windsurfing and Kitesurfing. The sea view is also perfect for couples on their honeymoon, it is specially romantic seeing the sunrise in the mornings.

A really nice stay in Boracay for someone who wants to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the area around D Mall. It was in a nice and quiet area. The staff were extremely friendly. The view from the balcony was amazing. I’d stay here again.

It's a new hotel which means the building and rooms are all new and clean. I booked the biggest room and I'm happy with it. The downside are as follows: 1. Location - yes it can be considered a beachfront hotel but what's not specified is that there's an elevated road between the hotel and the beach, meaning you need to cross the road before going to the beach. But dont bother because the beachfront is not ideal for swimming. It's a "parking lot" for pump boats. 2. Transportation - you need to hire a habal-habal or a trike to get to Dmall or Laketown (unless you're into 15-20 min walk then that's fine) 3. Food - not so much food selection close to the hotel. The nearest decent restos are near Levantin and Seven Stones. 4. Service - On my last day I inquired if I can eat breakfast at the hotel cafe before heading to the airport but unfortunately the cook / chef is not available till 8AM. Also, there is a phone inside the room but is not working. No dial tone. Nothing. Overall, the whole experience was "okay". I now prefer to stay in Bolabog beach area because it's more quiet and peaceful versus White Beach... but Aira Boracay needs to step up if they want guests to come back. Competition is tough. Other hotels near the kite surfing area looks promising.
