Al Redentore di Venezia

Très bon endroit

The apartment was in a good position in Venice, in a nice quiet area close to good restaurants and public transport. Our room had a good kitchen area and was heated well. Definitely would recommend it to Venice travellers. Had everything we needed.

We were very happy to be on the island of Giudecca. It is much quieter than "crazy" Venice but still had nice places to eat. Once we figured out the vaporettos it was easy to get over to the main island. LOVED our view of the canal!

Giudecca is the perfect location to explore Venice. The view of the city is exceptional both at day and nighttime. The neighbourhood has a very authentic atmosphere as it is home to many locals whom you can encounter in the shops (some excellent bakeries and a little supermarket just around the corner) and the numerous seafront restaurants. The apartment is perfect, beautifully decorated and functional. It really feels like home from the very start. The only negative thing to mention is the rather cumbersome procedure to open the main entry door as well as the flat itself on arrival. The openow app requested doesn't work properly and we had to call the hotel for help. We were promptly given a 4-digit code which allowed all of us to easily access the house and flat. An app might not even be needed if this were adopted as common practice. We would return to Al Redentore any time if back in Venice!

Horrible; terrible The apartment was not clean on arrival. The bathroom flooded & it took them 2 days to repair. There was no pre arrival information regarding cleaning or where to dispose garbage. It’s fake advertising…a lot of good reviews seem fake

Not clean on arrival; then bathroom flooded which wasn’t sorted for 2 days. Multiple emails exchanged; the chap at the other end was beyond rude. Information at time of booking was misleading. It’s not a luxury apartment. Poor location; just stay elsewhere. Not worth complaining to ********** as the customer means nothing to them; they are just a broker.

Beautiful apartment with a side view of the canal. Located between two vaporetto stops. A little difficult to find, but once you find it, it’s very easy to get there. There are a couple small restaurants and a small grocery within walking distance.

We were very happy both with the location of the appartment building on Guideccha as with the appartment itself. Coming from the parking lot on Tronchetto Guideccha is very conveniently located and easily reached via Traghetto Line 2. We liked the style of the spacious apparment‘s interior very much: It is a lovely mix between traditional Venetian style and modern appliances. Everything was very clean and tidy, the beds very comfortable and the complimentary water bottles and bathroom products made us feel welcome and gave our stay a very nice touch.

This apartment was just right for our family size. There is a washing machine too which was a nice feature. They had plenty of space and the beds were comfortable. The customer service is excellent. They answered our emails very quickly and answered our questions as they came up and even before our arrival. It is located so close to the vaporetto stops that getting to and from was very convenient. They even left bottled water for us when we arrived. We would stay here again when visiting Venice!
