I would say it is not a really modern hotel, the facilities are little bit aged. However the over all vibe is very cozy. The staff are nice and helpful.  Personally it is very close to my workplace, I'll definitely consider staying at this place again next time. 

I booked two nights separately. On the first day, I was assigned a room and asked to come and update the access card the next day. The next day when I came back from the meeting at night. The card could still be used, but all my things were gone. I had a Privacy card on door before I left. The reception said again that they didn't see my order and the room was checked out. I hadn't checked out by the third morning when the cleaner took out my things again. What kind of hotel shows no minimum respect for guests' belongings

Parking is astronomical! If you can, just tell them to cancel the room and go somewhere else. Literally just because of that. Or go park your car at the mall and walk back.

The room was very spacious. the decor is a little old and definitely invokes classic americana. if that's your vibe you'll love the place. staff was quick and courteous. room was cleaned throughout the entire stay with no incidents.

Stayed for a night to attend a concert 5 mins away from the hotel. The room is clean and comfortable Wished they did not have to charge for parking though. Overall a good night stay

Lễ tân rất nhiệt tình và thân thiên, giá phòng khá tốt so với dịch vụ và khu vực khu vực xung quanh, bãi gửi xe có 2 phía trên cao nhất và dưới thấp nhất phía dưới đất được xây thêm nên lưu ý để không phải chạy nhiều lần tìm chỗ đậu xe!

酒店空調不能調，會冷，其他都還不錯。大廳有星巴克和餐廳，早餐東西不多但質量很好，早餐的咖啡和水果非常好。

半夜入住，還有人在前台，挺感動了，房間很冷，開了32攝氏度空調都不管用。洗澡水也很冷。衞生還算可以吧。早上九點來了個大媽直接進來了，説因為她的登記表上我這間房沒人住的，那是我的問題嗎？萬一在洗澡什麼的豈不尷尬無比

完美的一次入住體驗 走路15分鐘就到南海岸廣場 房間舒適 寬敞 床超級舒服 樓下就有星巴克 酒店後面就是一間超大的日本超市 裏面還有當地超級著名的牛舌飯 真的無敵方便 性價比也超高

酒店比較老了，不過基礎設施還是不錯的。本次入住週日凌晨聽到吵鬧聲，類似聚會還放音樂。導致一直無法入睡，希望酒店加強管理。
