Wir haben für 3 Nächte gebucht. Waren die einzigen Hotel Gäste. Das Personal unglaublich freundlich, am Abend haben wir ein tolles Menü serviert bekommen. Das Zimmer, der pure Alptraum !!! Die haben uns garantiert das letzte Loch gegeben. Kaputt, klebrig, sehr dunkel, abgewohnt. Als ob man die Räume (Bad und Schlafraum) vor hundert Jahren verlassen hat und jetzt erst wieder aufgeschlossen. Nach der " Erlebnisnacht" haben wir den Alptraum verlassen. Für die Übernachtung war der Preis keinesfalls gerechtfertigt, für das Dinner, jeden Zent wert.

Stayed here with a ski group. Lovely hotel with a staff eager to please! Our room was comfortable with comfortable beds and linens, full bath, mini fridge. We had a huge wrap around porch that faced the ski mountain (where, coincidentally, a Women's World Cup event was taking place!). Our group had arranged for breakfast and dinner daily - breakfast was perfect - lovely croissants, other pastries, perfect coffee and the usual eggs, etc. They tried to vary dinners and offered far too much food! Shout out to Marco, Giancarlo, Houssam and Sig. Rebeggiani! They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we wanted! Situated at town center with lovely shops and restaurants. Shuttle across the street to ski mountain!

This is a good hotel with a lot of potential to be a great hotel. A little tired but otherwise classy building in a very good location. Staff were very professional and friendly, food was good if a little variable with lots of choice. Little details in restaurant, food not always kept warm at breakfast and disappointing presentation at dinner let it down.

The Wifi not working the whole time. Front desk reset the modem still not working. Find your own street parking. We got the room that hide behind with no view. Our deck was under an outside stairs. Its a share deck. Have to walk to someone else deck to get a view. Shower head won’t stay up keep fall down. Asked front desk for hiking suggestion, not quite helpful, his English is limited, the area was outside the map he has. Breakfast was just average…overall, this hotel has an old and cheap feeling.

Terrible experience. The hotel per se is ok but they have installed a bar outside in the late afternoon which pumps awful music and does not allow you to relax after skiing. We are living a nightmare! We don’t understand why they do it, since it’s not even successful. I will never visit again if they keep this horribly loud music!

For a 4 star hotel, it looks a bit dated but room and facilities were good. No kitchenette in the 2 bedroom suite, not even a microwave to heat up a soup or milk. It is on the corner of the Main Street so very convenient location. It’s not cheap but nothing is in Cortina. Parking is hit and miss, they only have a few places available. Breakfast was good, with the usual offerings: yogurt (plenty of tastes), egg, bacon, cereal, ham, cheese and very tasty pastries, including croissants.

The star of the hotel: definitely the staff and manager (thank you Francesco!). The hotel is in a great location, right at the beginning of the pedestrian zone. Room was top with a fantastic balcony. I can only recommend to stay there. Will be back during my next stay in this wonderful village
