필리핀 현지에서 친해진 가족들과 6인실을 하루 이용했습니다. 전체적으로 시설이 조금 낡긴 했지만, 가격을 생각하면 훌륭한 리조트라고 생각합니다. 정문 부근 최근 2인실들을 새로 지었다고 하는데, 이용하지 못해 컨디션을 확인하진 못했습니다. 외관은 깔끔해보였습니다.
이 리조트는 로컬의 주민들이 정말 많이 애용합니다. 외국인 대상이 아닌 일반적인 필리핀 서비스를 가진 리조트라고 생각해주시면 됩니다. 조금 인내심을 가지고 체크인, 체크아웃 하게 될 것이며, 마찬가지로 인내심을 가지고 음식을 기다려야 하기에 항상 30분 정도 미리 음식을 주문하거나 움직이길 추천드립니다. 대신 방 앞이나 리조트내 좌석 어디든 원하는 곳으로 웨이터가 직접 가져다주며, 그곳에서 식사할 수 있습니다. 일부 좌석은 수영장 바로 2m 내에 있기에, 아이들을 지켜보면서 맥주와 식사를 즐길 수도 있습니다. day use는 23년 12월 기준 1인당 80페소 입니다. 상당히 저렴한 가격으로 저녁 늦게까지 시설을 이용할 수 있어, 저희는 6인실에서 자는 멤버와 다음날 출근이라 집으로 돌아가는 멤버로 나누어 저렴하게 즐겼습니다. 만약에 다음에 오게된다면 모든 가족이 day use만 활용할까 생각중입니다.
흡연자들에게도 관대합니다. 풀장내에서는 당연히 안되지만, 다른 고객에게 피해가지 않는 선에서 융통성 있게 흡연구역이 넓게 형성되어 있습니다. 단, 리조트 밖에는 별다른 상권이 마련되어 있지 않고 바로 로컬 거주지역입니다. 그러므로 차라리 트라이시클 기사에게 100페소 정도에 주변을 둘러봐줄 수 있는지 물어보고, 돌아다니다 안전해보이는 곳에 도착했을때 내려 이용하면 더욱 안전하고 좋을듯합니다. 리조트 바로 앞의 로컬 동네는 밤에 조금 어둡지만, 3~400m만 옆으로 가도 코르도바 시청, 경찰서, 소방서, 큰 성당, 나름의 코르도바 다운타운이 모여 있습니다.

Its mainly for local people not tourists or westerners .had no luxuries not hot water.
No room service no cleaning.
Positives letting local families in for the day to eat and swim for a fee.
I only stayed there because it was close to my friends.

Overall the Property is beautiful, friendly staff, very relaxing and peaceful environment. But beware of a potential scam. Upon checkin you are require to pay a 1000 php security deposit. When we arrived in our room, there was already damage from previous tenants. Upon checkout, when someone surveyed the room, they tried to blame us for a broke glass wall. Another staff member took our side saying that that was already there. But they believed us at that point, but still informed us that they would keep the security deposit, and call in a couple days to return it after they contacted the owner who was at the time on a trip back to Norway. Also if you will be arriving after hours, you must inform the propers ahead of time. My wife informed the property in person and I also informed them by message. They insured my wife that the key would be left with the guard. Well upon our arrival from the airport, the guard had no key, no idea of what we were talking about, we got in only because we had a copy of our receipt where we paid $500 USD to say 15 nights.

First thing was the room. Not sure if it was ******* made mistake or home village. I thought I had asked for a standard room and got a studio rm. Everything I asked for I had to pay for. Anything I put in refrigerator that was not purchased from them I had to pay surcharge to put it in there. I did get free breakfast but, only 2 different menu items to choose from and only 1 cup coffee. After that had to pay. 2 bottles of water first day there free after that had to pay for water. Family came in to swim and had to pay large entrance fee even though I was a guest. Had a birthday party there for family and had to pay entrance fee for 18 adults and 11 kids. Also had to pay for shelter. Had food brought in by family and they had to pay for that also since it was not there's. My overall experience with this place was horrifying. I have never stayed anywhere like this. To say the least I will NEVER stay at Cordova home village again

A bad experienced because we saw a guy looking at the window of our cr beside the room we booked in ********** that make us scared especially my daughter. We requested to transfer another room or else we will go home. So dark outside it seems cost cutting...
