Trevlig personal. Dock hade jag enbart kallvatten i både dusch och handfat under hela vistelsen, trots att jag sa till städpersonalen dagen efter min ankomst.

Very helpful and friendly staff, they make you feel very welcomed and are very informative. You are emailed a list of activities to do as well as restaurants in the area upon check in, which is very helpful. The manager, Eddy was extremely considerate and helpful. The beach is also just a short walk away, which was a big plus.

had a rental car they had no parking and there was no public parking available any where and when i asked what should i do there response was i dont live around here property was filthy and in disrepair. i had to find and stay at a different hotel. the hotel advertised free cancellation and full reimbersment. they would not reimburse my money

Pros: safe environment for families, 5 minute walk to the beach from the motel, clean sheets, cold a/c, walking distance to Starbucks, Walgreens, CVS pharmacy and lots of dinning options close by. Staff are helpful and are bilingual. Cons: lights can/will flicker in motel, no fridge in room, no vending machines.
Overall the stay was great, was worth the value paid and would probably stay there again when I visit next.

Did not leave impressed. Only good thing was the location, aside from that, really noisy place at night with all the ac engines, not clean at all and basic if not service. Put some effort people.

Property was very poorly maintained.There was never anymore at the front desk finally saw someone to get towels they were dirty property needs to be shut down only good thing bout property is that it’s near everything.Would not recommend staying at this place

We arrived late and booked last minute. The instructions had us call a number to have staff meet us at the hotel to check us in. The process was quick and easy, and everyone was very friendly.
The location is a unique and has a distinct local flair. From the beautiful patio and outdoor areas, to the unique rooms, we loved every minute of our stay.
This is not a generic, sterilized chain hotel, this is a local experience. It may not have all the amenities people think they need, but it really has everything you need for a wonderful Puerto Rican vacation.
The location is perfect and our stay was wonderful!
