Stayed here for 8 nights. Love the fact they had a restaurant, laundry area and gym . Would definitely recommend staying here quiet and safe area .

The staff and the building were great. Common areas are big and well designed, the restaurant has good food and service. We stayed in the suite and it was very comfortable, blackout curtains are very dark. I will book here again.

Juarez had a bad reputation, but staying at this hotel gives a positive feeling. All was good during my one night stay to visit a customer in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn. The beds super comfortable, room was clean and real nice! Staff was nice and real helpful, super professional and pleasant! We’ll come back soon! The breakfast buffet was real good!

Staff was somewhat friendly. I decided to book a day before because they don’t give out rooms till 4-5 pm. I arrived the second day at 8:30 am and was told I could lose my reservation for not showing up the day before. I asked how could I loose my room if the room was paid in full. They just shrugged and stated they could since I was a no show. They gave me my room, it was the only issue I had
