房間衞生乾淨利落，住的也挺滿意的，早餐吃了還行，還有泳池，泳池裡的水挺乾淨的，前台接待員態度很好，值得推薦

They forgot to clean room 3 days Every week(i stay 2 weeks) and forgot to bring New towels to the room the other day. Other items like cups and glass They never clean/ change. When calling front desk to Ask if They Can provide towels atleast to the room, it takes 30 min before the cone..

I always get a warm welcome and great service from the staff in this hotel and would recommend it to anyone traveling to the city. It is a little bit out of the main center but there are restaurants and a large superstore very nearby you can walk in a couple of minutes

Everything was perfect for a first timer like myself at Ciudad Del Carmen. The hotel was clean, everything that I need for a night stay is provided. The only comment that I have is if possible to provide disposable tooth brush and toothpaste for client to use.

Hotel was nice enough, front desk staff was nice, house keeping staff nice but had to ask to get room cleaned at least twice a week, Breakfast did not much variety same things every other day and very limited selection. Gym equipment not kept up, always had to ask staff to stock gym towels.

Very nice hotel in wonderful location. Overlooks Chedraui, KFC, DQ, dominos pizza, little Caesar’s, Boston pizza, Office Depot. Also numerous small restaurants nearby. Very clean. Good breakfast buffet. Nice pool area and gym. Easy cab ride to touristy areas.

As you would expect from a middle of the line Hotel chain in Mexico. the staff was courteous and did their best. rooms were clean and food was good when available. there is a shopping center very close by with good local and commercial food. I would recommend if you need to stay close to the airport.

Everything was very nice. The rooms were nice and also clean. The staff was helpful and professional.We have stayed there many times and will stay there next time we visit Cuidad de Carmen. The breakfast had a good variety and was set up for cleanliness and safety from the spread of germs.

Las personas de recepción que dan servicio, tienen una muy mala actitud, hay que tratar a todos por igual y eso hace que el hotel siendo muy bueno en general, no puntúe como debería de ser, ojalá que si lo tomen en consideración
