GGuest UserDie Anlagen: Grundsätzlich perfekt. Die Klimaanlage ist einmal beschädigt.
Hygiene: Gute Bedingungen. Es gibt ein großes Badezimmer.
Umgebung: Es gibt keinen Touristen in der Umgebung, keine Geschäftstätigkeit, sehr ruhig und sehr leer. Der exklusiven Strand ist nicht im Hotel, Sie müssen einen Rezeptor finden.

EEva SenGroßes Hotel. Nur Wie ein interkontinentales Hotel sein sollte. 5 Sterne verdient. Sehr schönes und komfortabeles Zimmer. Das Personal war großartig. Nice Pools, Nice Spa mit Dampfraum und Sauna etc.
Das Frühstück war super!
Obwohl wir alles über das Hotel gefallen ; sie sollten vielleicht das Alter für Gäste am Dachpool ändern auf mindestens 12 und oberhalb (mindestens für die niedrigen Saisonzeiten )

CChuan Pang LeeWonderful stay! Not far from the city center, the pools are nice and the staffs are friendly. Breakfast was so good and they even have live musician playing for dinner. Amazing, would definitely recommend to others!
Bus station is just ten minutes away from the hotel. Very easy to get here from Agios Nikolaos station. The bus costs only 7.8€ from Héraklion city.

GGuest UserSchönes Hotel auf dem ganzen Hügel, aber es gibt 2 Aufzüge und Buggy-Service, sehr gutes Frühstück, schöne privates Strand ( Sie müssen einen Aufzug zu gehen und eine Straße zu überqueren, nicht viele Autos ) . Standardzimmer sind nicht groß, aber schön und sauber und nicht sehr hoch, so dass der Zugang zum Strand und Frühstück und zum Poolbereich einfach ist

GGastnutzerWe stayed here for 4 nights. I had booked a sea view room, but they said it was upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi. While the jacuzzi was nice and relaxing, the sea view was quite limited, which was a bit disappointing.
The property is located in a remote and peaceful part of the island. It has excellent internet access and a decent outdoor gym. Since it is right by the sea, you can enjoy walking or running along the coast to the nearest town, Mavrikianon.
One important thing to mention is that the property does not have direct access to the sea. To swim, you need to go to either Plaka Beach, which requires a minimum spend of €40 per person to use the sunbeds, or to Mavrikianon Beach, which is much more affordable at €5 per person for the entire day. Mavrikianon Beach is very pleasant and close to markets where you can buy drinks. There are also some good food and drink spots nearby, such as Rudi’s Bar, a British-style pub, and Porto Rino, which serves great pizzas. Make sure to skip Nico’s Fish Tavern and try the Ferryman instead — you won’t regret it.
What we found most frustrating was the lack of mosquito screens on the windows. Sleeping with the windows open was not really an option, even though the natural breeze was wonderful. Our room had air conditioning, but we tend to get sick sleeping with it on. There was a ceiling fan as well, but it is a shame to miss out on the fresh air simply because of a missing screen.
The breakfast was also a disappointment. There were very few options, the coffee was not good, and the omelettes were overcooked.
The most inconvenient part of our stay was the parking system. You have to check in and out with security every time, which felt excessive and time-consuming. It gave the impression of entering a high-security zone, not a relaxing holiday resort.
Overall, it was a good experience with some nice features, but for the price, it lacks comfort and convenience in a few key areas.

WWade99Elounda Alikes is on the water in the beautiful and quaint town of Elounda. The rooms are above average size with a decent balcony for 2 people. The AC was great as well as the bed. The full bar and restaurant on the property are great and available most of the day and night with friendly and helpful staff. The pool and loungers are comfortable and enjoyable. There are a few restaurants in the same street. It is a 10 minute walk to The Square for more restaurants, bars, taxi stand, boat tours and supermarkets.

GGastnutzerDer Strand ist klein, aber sehr gut, schöner weicher Sand, vor Wind, transparentes Wasser geschützt. Ein für Frühstück und Abendessen sieht aus wie eine Kantine mit zu vielen Pakettouristen nicht eine angenehme Zeit dort verbringen Und das ist eine echte Trauer, dass das Hotel nicht nur Frühstück hat. Zimmer mit Bergblick haben nicht nur die Anlagen vor den Hotels , alle Berge sind durch die Buschen geschlossen , wenn Sie diese Kategorie von Zimmern fragen für den höchsten Stock buchen

GGuest UserDas Zimmer war nicht reserviert, nachdem ich hier vorher geblieben habe, habe ich den Zimmertyp speziell für diese gewählt und wurde bei der Ankunft geändert. Rezeptionist war nicht willkommen , konnte nicht weniger, wenn wir uns über das Problem informiert. Wegen des niedrigen Wasserdrucks kann man nicht duschen. Lärm aus Bars machte es schwer zu schlafen.

GGastnutzerNeeded a hotel in Ierapetra to stay at whilst I dealt with a family bereavement here, so glad I chose this one, only minutes away from town centre and bus station and metres from the promenade and the many beachfront cafes.
The staff are all very friendly and cannot do enough for you.
The hotel is spotless throughout, the rooms are large and each has its own balcony.
There is a wide selection of hot and cold breakfast items so there is something for everyone.
